learning about chuck berry broke my heart. ive been listening to classic rock since i was young and it is still my favorite genre, hearing about him(and many others) that i looked up too as a kid. it sucks, really sucks, especially since he was so influential on the rock genre.
I have similar sentiments about Prince. I grew up listening to the hits from '1999' and 'Purple Rain' and was always fascinated by his Linn LM-1 arrangements, but when I read Sinéad O'Connor's story about him on her book 'Rememberings,' I lost all respect for him. This man did a lot for Minnesota as much as the Second British Invasion did for the rest of the country, but it means nothing to me as a Minnesotan myself. Even with that story out of the equation, his lyrics and portrayal of women in his 1980s output are alarming, to say the least. 'Lady Cab Driver' is such a strong example of this. It's always maddening when a "music legend" does upsetting things under our noses. A true hero stays true to their name.

Good behaviour and rehabilitation won’t bring back a life that has been needlessly taken. 100% of killers that have been executed never committed another crime again.

The point of prisons isnt to lock away criminals for life its meant to rehabilitate them, which is why the prisons in Finland act as a more normal place than the prisons in america

Shouldve talked about Courtney Love, I dont think she has been arrested but she was very abusive to her husband and her daughter, even killing her daughters pet right in front of her. It’s also a good wake up call for people to hold off on idolizing people too much. It’s this line that’s been totally crossed with the Stan culture. Like we gotta know these people and their content/work can be separate entities. It’s like making friends with somebody you met an hour ago honestly. But yeah it’s still sad. @@J.PC.Designs I agree, however there are people who committed far lesser crimes (e.g. Sinatra or Elvis) and they ended up on the list. My point was not to compare those two against Varg, but vs some who are on the list for lesser offences.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I’m 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don’t smoke, but I occasionally drink. I’m in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I’m trying to explain that I’m a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn’t lose to anyone.

I was basically raised with old music from the 60s to the 80s and my Dad never hid how pretty much everyone who did was horrible. I think you've just got to except it cause there are way too many AMAZING songs made by deplorable people.
