I work in behavioral health and we had a 9 year old who had homicidal ideations towards their baby sibling. It was one of the most intense, scary, and sad situations I’ve ever encountered. The child is in an inpatient treatment facility now. SO glad the parents were proactive and took it seriously.

@@graysonlyurssometimes it can be a form of OCD, if I’m not mistaken. It’s not uncommon for those with OCD to have intrusive thoughts about doing violent or s3xual things to other people. It’s not that they WANT to do those things but sometimes their brain just keeps making them obsessively think about it. Those thoughts can be managed by actively seeking therapy though.

Part of me feels like the 3-4 year olds were either accidents that were highly exaggerated (eg: a child trying to figure out what a knife does) or extremely abused children who aren’t in the right head space anymore. As someone who works with kids I just can’t fathom a child that’s supposedly evil from birth. And given how old those cases were, that seems about right that it’s not exactly how it seems.

I found a source for the 4-5 year Norwegian murderer. According to a newspaper a little boy saw his father butcher a animal and when the boy found the butchers knife he proceeded to try the technique his father had used on one of his younger siblings. I will link to this paper on the Wikipedia page about youngest killers.
Edit: I need a verified Wikipedia account to edit the article but will do as soon as possible.
Edit 2: The newspaper is Called "Nyt Land" and this issue was published 1. November 1924. Can be found on the Norwegian National Library's website.

One correction: Petiso is not translated to that word in particular, it is closer to calling someone "shorty" or "tiny", at least in Argentina we dont use it as a slur, but it is a name you'd call someone of short stature. His nickname would be something like "Big-Eared Shorty".
Fun fact: He was not only one of the most infamous killers but the first serial killer documented here in Argentina. He was imprisioned in the "Prison of the end of the world" in our province closer to the Antartic, which is no longer functional and now is a turistic spot. No one knows exactly how he died there, some speculate that he was killed by other inmates after he threw the prison pet cat into a fire. Also, as this was early 20th century, the prison doctors had the theory that his big ears were the source of his evil, so they tried to reduce their size with plastic surgery. In their words, "it didn't work". They also describe him as "an imbecile or a hereditary degenerate, instinctively perverted, extremely dangerous to those around him".
It is a very interesting story, worthy of a deep dive.

Also if a woman looks timid, scared, ect, then a criminal would be more attracted to you rather than a woman who walks with her head up high n with confidence. It is because the research says that the scared woman looks more appealing due to her looking like she won't put up a fight while the other looks like she would fight harder.

I previously went to school with a kid who later went on to SA and murder a 12 year old girl when he was 15. Lured her out of her home with the story of his (nonexistent) cat missing and needing help looking. And being the sweet person she evidently was, she went out to help him 😞 He took her to a field SA'd her and strangled her, I think with his shirt. He had apparently tried to get others with the same story in the days before but she was the only one who would try to help him. If he wasn't arrested, I have a feeling he would've done it again. Crazy because I have a class picture with him in it from kindergarten and I'm pretty sure he also signed the paper the picture is attached to, for signatures. It's wild to KNOW exactly who was a murderer that you were in the presence of at one point, seeing where they ended up.
He was also released by mistake at some point, for several hours, like a couple years after 😬

27:13 there's a song written about this woman. The song is called Poor Aileen by Superheaven. It's honestly my favorite song by the band. The song gives empathy to her, for the singer feels bad because of how she grew up and how society treated her, which they believed made her commit the murders. I suggest reading her wiki page to get a better understanding of it all. I haven't forgotten her case since I read it.
I also don't want anyone to get this mixed up so I do not!!! Condone her actions. I just really love the song :)

    • @iamV10010

There's a reason why some women relate to and refer to her as "Queen Aileen". Maybe not the best person to relate to and I also don't condone what she did, but she has a cult like following for what she went through pretty much from birth.

    • @kostantza1

@@iamV10010 The sad thing is that there's evidence that at least some of her victims weren't her clients - she apparently had the habit of asking for lifts or hitchhiking. So she didn't even get back against any of her abusers, she just killed innocent men. They are the only victims of any serial killer I've never seen brought up when they try to put the onus on victims or such. That being said, what an ugly, sad, life she led. The idea that there are people for whom this is reality is the darkest of all.
