The wood graining paint effect is an ancient painting technique that remains incredibly versatile to this day. Solid oak cabinets, banisters and other decor can be expensive. A practical alternative is hand-painted wood effects, learning this technique gives you complete control over the colour and intensity, and if it gets marked or damaged you can easily touch-in and repair the paint work.
