I don’t suppose you could measure the distance from the center support bearing stud to the front face of the driveshaft flange. I know the overall driveshaft length is suppose to be 1492mm but bills englewood driveshaft shop wants the other measurement to assure proper length when lengthening front shaft of an auto m3 shaft. Without guibo measurements. I believe guibo thickness is also a tad thicker than non m.

Alright playboy did this a few months ago on my own e36 M3. Honestly it was fun besides drilling out snapped manifold studs

They are starting to creep up. Depends on the car, but I think anything $2k these days is a good price.

Hi doing 1999 328i do I need to remove manifold out for starter motor. You mentioned treated started?
I heard 1 of 2 things could happen when doing a manual swap; 1. A check Engine Light, and/or 2. You'd need to flash ECU... Is that not the case?
I have never seen a check engine light from a manual swap in an e36. No reason for the ecu to be flashed
Will you be going over how to get rid of the check engine light?
