I bought two 100w panels that are just like this one and the best I can get is around 65-70w per panel so pretty consistent with your numbers. I think I prefer the 100w version for the exact thing you pointed out which is the velcro. It is very sticky but two legs are manageable. I couldn’t imagine trying to set four of them up on one panel.
The specs at the 2:30 mark are off. Open circuit voltage is 22.2V not 44.4V. That is coming from their manual that comes with the panel. Good panel though. Thanks for the review.

I think those loops would also help on a windy day you could stake your panel down so it won't blow

Thanks that’s a problem they have, even Amazon still says 44v these manufacturers have to be more accurate. Again thanks
