Galaxy buds 2 pro were released August 26, 2022. It is currently 7/10/24. That doesn't seem like 3 years to me. You should really fact check your stuff instead of putting out nonsense.

I'd recommend reviewing the Buds 3 for what it was designed for, not what it wasn't. For example, unlike the Pro, it's an open fit earbud. Meaning the fit isn't meant to block out noise. Both earbuds are designed as a close and open fit for different purposes. If you review them based on what they're designed for, how they sound, the fit, etc.. and who it's for, it'll be a good review.

Hi, I really want to buy these, but I have a question: Do the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have a feature to track them while they are in the case, similar to the Find My feature on AirPods, or do they only show where they were last connected?
My galaxy buds pro 2 let me track them down inside and outside the case so I believe the 3s will have them
Yes galaxy buds pro use the smart things app, to find left and right bud through sound or direct navigation. Just make sure they are charged.
You bring up things that the buds 3 have that can only be used on an Samsung device as if Apple doesn't have proprietary things themselves
Oh, Apple is notorious for their walled garden, which we're not a fan of and wish companies-including Apple-would avoid. At least there are plenty of options on the market; more platform-agnostic ones too, might I add. Happy listening! :D

@@SoundGuysSee, my problem with that response is you essentially give a pass to Apple for it because they are "notorious" for it, but wish to dock others for it, and call it unfortunate.
Why is it unfortunate? Consumers let one manufacturer get away with it, so others are joining in. It's just natural.
The removal of the headphone jack, the removal of chargers from the case, the walling off of products, all of these started with Apple because only Apple would be allowed to get away with them.
Once Apple got away with all those things and normalized them to consumers, other manufacturers jumped in, because all of those things add more profit.
Those manufacturers would never have been able to do that, if we all didn't allow Apple to get away with it first.
Maybe we should stop letting Apple get away with things because they're Apple and "notorious."

its software if you have android 13 or newer and Bluetooth 5.0 you should have full function
The only feature you may not have access to is the Ultra High-Quality Samsung Scalable Codec, as only a handful of Samsung devices running One UI 6.1.1 (or later) support the codec.

Small correction on "a slight chance the seal is compromised" on Buds 3 -- I believe the whole point of the Buds 3 (non-Pro) is that they do not form a seal.
It's for people who don't like the feel of a seal. I fit in that category.

How does the Samsung scalable codec compare to LDAC?

I really love my apple airpods 2nd gen because it works on all my devices. Specially the sound quality. I own an iphone 12 pro max and s24 Ultra. However, my airpods is already a little bit over 3 years, and i am looking for an upgrade. Will galaxy buds3 work on all my devices too like the airpods does?

According to what I've heard, the translation in real-time does not work. With the S24 spokennoise it only works with that flip 6 and a fold 6 at the moment. So that's one thing to keep in mind. I already got mine on pre. Order. And I really like the fact that they're offering a free case for them. When you pre order the buds before release date

Some people like me hate the rubber tip buds, uncomfortable after a while . Waited a long time for Samsung to do what others do.been using Huawei buds for a while now , just pre ordered buds 3 today, at last !! Samsung buds I can use .

It's sad Samsung and apple the biggest earbud brands in terms of sales and after these iterations there's still...no lossless or snapdragon sound support 🤦🤷

Apple i understand the frustration as they are far behind and have next to nothing. But samsung has made real strides in the lossless front.

Bought my s24 256gb for 714 back in February on samsung websitr with pre order deal (free upgrade and extra discounts) , and got my buds 3 pro for 192 from 250 , this is why i like samsung it feels actually rewarding to buy and use their products , cant wait to try them

You can get this with wired IEMs. I have a pair of Simgot EW200 that I bought off Amazon for $35 and they sound better (as well as many other Ch-Fi IEMs) than my Galaxy Buds2 Pro

It's pretty sad that it needs to be explained to people that more speakers means better quality sound. But that's apparently needed in today's Spotify world where no one seems to understand or care about audio quality.
But that's kinda how people have been trained. Earbuds just have the 1 driver and it sounds just fine. But why is that our thinking when it comes to earbuds but when it comes to something like a movie....we want the entire 100+ speaker IMAX experience? Or when it comes to car audio we want like 18 speakers in it.
No, we should be demanding earbuds to come with AT LEAST 3 drivers (lows, mids & highs) and even more if possible.
I really wish the general population REALLY knew how to listen to music. I guess we learned kinda recently that people are usually music listeners or lyric listeners. But you've gotta TRAIN yourself to listen to music. To REALLY listen to it. To be able to focus in on a single instrument & hear what it's doing without getting lost in the mix is what you want.
And it's just hard to do that with your single driver buds. The guitar might get a little "lost" under what the drums are doing cause that 1 speaker is creating the sound for both of them PLUS several other things. So the more speakers, the less work they have to do.
Can I use this buds with iphone?
@@lello604 you can, but the automatic device switching, the Equalizer settings, and the hi-fi audio will not work. So its like using airpods on an android phone. Biggest downside imo is that the 24bit 96Khz audio only works on samsung devices. So since you lose that feature on an iphone i would say its not worth imo
@@RiqMoranyes, but AirPods don’t support 24 bit e I paid buds 3 only 59€. My only doubt is about the ANC because I don’t think it can be activated from headphones. I can use Windows app to set equalizer and other options.

Good questions! To answer your questions, we're unsure about the latency until we get the earbuds through our lab tests. Unfortunately, not all the features with the Buds3 series will be available to Non-Samsung users. That being said, we also can't make our full recommendation regarding the Buds 3 line until we take the buds through our full review and testing process.

I like the how the curved display looks on the S20 compared to the flat screen of the S24.

I don’t want the ear tips and I’m so happy Samsung finally made a pair that could be comfortable for me. I current use the AirPods with my phone because I could wear it all day without any ear pain. I can’t wait to get them
Everyone compares these to airpods but idc and im excited that samsung finally has a model with out tips. Some people don't like them or have issues with them staying in your ear. I finally can have a samsung branded headphone I can use with no issues.

Theese are not the AirPods killer, for the same reason as the AirPods themselves. They work well with a Samsung Device only. The lack of aptX and Ldac Bluetooth Codecs, will make these earphones play either with AAC codec (on an iPhone) or AAC and SBC on an Android. The "scalable codec" known as SSC is available on a Galaxy Device only. So in other words : if you have for example a Xiaomi Tablet or Phone (that can run Ldac), and you want to buy the Buds 3, they will sound as any 50-100€ wireless buds. It would be an AirPods killer if Samsung gave the compatibility with other major codecs such as those mentioned above (LDAC from Sony, aptX from Qualcom and L2HC from Huawei). In that case anyone that does not own a samsung device gen enjoy a quality sound. Otherwise you're stuck in their ecosystem in the same way as other people are stuck with the Apple Ecosistem. The reason is that Samsung forces you (in a way) to buy only their products.
Can't trust anyone wearing apple products while reviewing samsung products.....
They gave me $100 towards the Pros for my Buds 2 that I paid $169 for in 2021! Love Samsung's trade in policy! Also got $300 for my Watch 4 Classic towards my Watch Ultra!

What the difference between pro and none pro???
The Pro uses ear-tips while the non-pro uses a one-size-fits-all approach (no ear tips). The Pro has blade lights, the non-pro does not. The Pro also has a few more ANC-related features than the non-pro. Also, the Pro sports a dual-driver speaker configuration (1 planar, 1 dynamic driver) in each ear , while the non-pro uses a single dynamic driver in each ear.

I've tested these . Buds 3 suck and fall out of my ears. Unless you have smaller ears. Buds 3 pro don't fit well either Bass sounds like it's centered and not more full and surrounded bass. If that makes sense. . Buds 2 / buds 2 pro are better than buds 3 and buds 3 pro. They fit better and sound fuller. Buds 3 sound more clear but a bit strange and the active noise cancelation is ok. Don't upgrade to these. I've tested these today. I'm very pissed off at Samsung for a bit of a downgrade in these devices. BTW, Fold 6 is small! It's like the same size as a Pixel fold. SMALL! The only best one that actually looks good is the Flip 6. The rest are shyte.

@@Hawonku I for one am not specifically talking about TWS buds. Stems were the norm. Apple did the opposite of designing, they just didn't change that design when everyone else did. When Apple released their AirPods everybody made fun of the design, cause at that time, those stems were just unneccesary and silly looking. Nowadays stems are coming back in TWS buds, because we can use that design smartly.

@@RiqMoran I agree. The stem design is superior for sure, the other design always tends to fall out due to the weight of the bud being in the air and hanging.
@@lithinm1998 the bean is just bad for controls and fit. You cant readjust them properly without a stem, unless you turn off the touch controls. Even then, it's less comfortable. The weight distribution and protrusion from the ear is just bad with all the mass centered on a blob rather than spread out over a stem.
