On the topic of Les Stroud v. Bear Grylls, an important note everyone somehow misses is that Bear Grylls makes dramatized instructionals, not documentaries. He's not documenting his own survival, he's showcasing survival techniques.
You don't expect to open up a first aid tutorial and see them stab someone in the lung just so they can demonstrate how bandages work, do you?

In my highschool there were choices in your classes. In senior year there were choices between advanced math concepts, algebra and calculus. I chose advanced math. The teach taught us about credit card, some accounting, the stock market, and loans. It was pretty cool and I am in the stock market because of it.

I went to a Costco for the first time in Hawaii and I tried to assist the receipt checker lady by lifting some boxes up so she could see clearly and she snapped at me. She kept us there for like 90 seconds too. I side with Kyle
Lab techs/phlebotomist do get certifications in injections. Just an FYI
Is it impresive? Not really.
Phlebotomist require no degree(just a diploma) in most states.
Ill be a tech this august and it takes 2 years on the low end but, the injections certifications arent really part of the course. You would get those if you worked in a small hospital with no dedicated phlebotomist staff. Nurses/CNA's get them as well when they are working in clinics thay specilaize in giving injections and training patients on how to maintain their injections from home.
