    This is an especially designed yoga session for treating lower back pain. This yoga flow can treat lower back pain effectively if practised regularly.
    These yoga poses can provide Strength & Flexibility both to the spine.

    आप सारे आसन सरल तरीके से बताती है और बहुत ही मधुर लय मे जो अच्छा लगता है। एक हफ्ते से कमर दर्द के आसन व बांए जांच मे एक पोन्ट पर दर्द रहना अधिक देर तक न खडा रहना पाना उम्र 70+ है
    दोनो के आसन करता हूं। कछ लाभ कब तक मिलेगा
