Last time I checked, it's called ANI. Industry uses the word AI to lure investors to invest money. But it's not AI

1st and 2nd law of robotics.... Need to create a pre-processor that compares the voice/images/video with known samples of politicians, actors, and people of influence so it cannot be abused via creating fake audio and/or video clips of those people. if a person creates such a audio/video clip, the system will refuse to complete. Granted that is not possible on private systems, but any audio/video shared through any mainstream platform can have it removed and strikes against the person sharing it.
