Nothing like USING LIGHT, LOOSELY TWISTED MANILA LINE TO SHOW OFF THE KNIFE. How about 3/4" nylon or polyester? While it does have a pretty good back, the blade cross-section is too fine and vulnerable.
You need to get some commercial work dude you need to go get a manager and get some auditions cuz you're pretty good at this...

It was tradition on voyages not to have tips on your knife so the sailors wouldnt be able to stab the captain...
