Great to see you back. When we first started watching you our strawbale house in Scotland hadn’t even been sketched. In a few weeks we’ll have our planning permission. Be great to see a nice finished walkthrough in detail. Your channel is the best we’ve watched.
thank you! oo that is exciting! yes, we will do a walkthrough video eventually.. still don't have much furnished in the house so its pretty bare at the moment. best of luck on your build!
@@buildingroots5873 thank you. We’ll also be doing a UA-cam on it as we couldn’t find anything as well documented as yours, in the UK. It’s definitely something people should get into.
Great work, so glad I got to see this version! I remember the birds building nests in the straw. Best of luck to you all moving forward. We are in the planning stages of our own straw bale home. Inspired by your efforts.
🦋🌿 It is wonderful to see a video that documents the building, from the beginning to the beautiful end result. A family that works together, stays together. 💕
We just finished our Strawbale home in December it took us an entire year. We are so tire now starting on the front yard need to get a walkway so we can get final. We watched you thru your entire build great work guys.
Good to see you back, and to see the end (?) results. Looking great, the kids seem to love it too, and love having had a hand in building it too. Great to see you have finally been able to move in to your great achievement. Greetings from sunny Perth, West Australia. [41°C here today] Cheers and Happy New Year, Frank.
thank you so much! It was around -30F (-60's for feels like temperature ) last week when I posted the video. Australia sounds wonderful haha!! Thanks for watching!
Hello! I found your videos last night. I love what you did!! We are starting to build our homestead in Panama, and looking into earthen floors. Also love your shower! But we can't find any videos or info on what those floors are like years later! Could you give some info on that? 😊
So interesting. Thank you so much for filming and documenting your journey. I would have loved it if in stead of music you shared more about what you were doing and why. Never mind, lol. I just went to your channel and saw this was a time lapse and all the detail is there. I am going to binge watch the rest. It is so encouraging to see what can be done. How long did this take you from start to finish?
great job people! the only thing i dont like at all is the metal roofing, condensations and wather on bales is not an option guys, considere that for your sake.
Yay! So glad you guys are back! We'd love to see more on how you decorate/furnish your beautiful new home❤
