I loved this flow for my sore shoulders. Really felt the stretch. Now I know this is an old video but the intense drums on the background was making me anxious than relax so I really put in the effort to just focus on the movements and your voice.
I was watching it with the volume so low I didn’t even realise there was music until savasana and even then I could only hear the beat and I didn’t even realise it was coming from the video 😂

I LOVE the side stretch on the tummy with the arm in a T position! That really opened up one shoulder that was extremely tight through the trapezius from swimming. Such relief!!! I always appreciate new variations of traditional poses. Even as an experienced yoga practitioner, simple can reveal something new and helpful. Thank you, Kassandra! Namaste

Thanks Kassandra. I permanently have neck and shoulder tension as I’m always working on a keyboard. This practice for me is equivalent to several sessions of physiotherapy. I like the pace, the duration of this session which makes it feasible in the morning before starting the day of work. Incredible grateful to you to making these sessions accessible to all.

Probably the best of Kassandra's Neck & Shoulder focused routines.This one seemed to be long enough (vs. the other 5/10 minute versions she also provides) to really give you a thorough stretch while being short enough to easily fit into your morning routine. As someone dealing with a lot of neck and should tension and pain, this will likely become an every day, or at least every other day, practice.
