For everyone who's "export" is missing even after following each steps. Instead of activating the "mobileexport" pack in the world itself, try activating it in the main settings. I had the same problem but this worked for me. (Edit) Activate the pack both in settings and in the world.

I’m not exactly sure, but I want to say that it creates somewhat of a copy of your world as it had originally started out before you started building, etc. So it’s a template of your terrain and how it looked when you first created the world.

My experience: the resource didnt show under main settings, so i found it under the world setting first. But after triggering it under the world, I went back to the main settings & finally found the resource. Once also triggered in the main, I was able to access the download button on the world settings. Some weird glitch, idk. 🤷 U are a lifesaver, oh my gosh! Im so glad i didnt already spend money for a realm! I got the free offer mind u, bc i thought that was my only option. And my tablet still giving me issues was how i ended up here. XD But oh wow, thank u!

Just wanted to ask this (amazing video btw ;)👍) so say that after you export a world right? Then after you play that world after the export and you save & exit. So is the newly played world's savedata going through the export world or not :(
After you save the world, anything you edit or change in the world will not be saved to the original backup. You would have to re-save that edited world.

If u access the world file via ur file explorer, just click once like how u did the export file tool. It should pull up the MC app option. Least ways mine does. 🤷
@@LOCOMOTIVE837 it should, but the game will insist u update the world's version. That is, u won't be able to play it as it was b4 the caves and cliffs update. The terrain and stuff will change wherever the world was untouched.
@@LOCOMOTIVE837 ah... That makes it more complicated. Every device (phone/tablet) can react differently to a file. Is ur world file image an ACTUAL file or is it the picture of a paper? Actual files can't usually be placed in mcpe? It needs to be the paper image. Either way, I'm doubtful I can help u much further than this. I have very minor experience turning a file into a paper. 😬 Sorry about that.

You can save it in your Google drive where you can access it through logging into your Gmail and then re downloading it once you're done with restarting your phone

Yes it will save. What you can do is also save the world to another folder or external storage SD card to be safe.
