Came upon your video after looking at glacier fresh and im glad i did! Ill be ordering blutech soon, i have a perfect spot to squeeze the mounted one in, just need to do some plumbing between my city inlet and tank to add it inline
I don't know how we weren't subscribed to your YT channel. We have been following you on FB for a while! I saw you were on the list of other content creators that will have a booth at the Hershey Show. Hope we will run into each other. This was a great comparison, thank you! And yes, customer service is most important! We haven't invested in a water filtration system yet. - Mike and Shelley
@@campinwiththeconfers Now that we've been using the Blu Tech water filter and softener system for a while, it is definitely by far the best we've ever had in our RV. Looking forward to running into each other at Hershey! Subscribed to you as well 💛
Excellent review! I bought an Itehil RO but it’s not really a good fit for long term RVing, unless AHBL. So I pondered the Clearsource system, thought it was a bit big and clunky and then found Glacier Fresh…off to UA-cam to find your video first in my GF search. Thank you! I appreciate your honesty and detailed review.
@banddirector24 Thank you for watching, and especially taking the time to leave a comment. For us, I guess the 3rd time has been the charm. We are over 3 months into the blu tech and still love the results we see. One of the most common questions we get after" does it really work" is how involved is the maintenance? So it's time for maintenance for us. So watch for a video on that. Should be coming in the next couple of weeks.
I have to agree with the lack of O rings but it burns me up when you put down a company without proving any of your claims. Just saying it’s a Chinese company isn’t enough proof.
@reberhardt so finding the metal that is supposed to be stainless steel rusting in just a few short months, quick connect fittings that leak, are also rusting and built cheaply. The fact that the softener just stopped working in days weren't examples of that? Or the fact that the company won't disclose the materials that their product is built with. how about the filters? What kind of testing was done? I am confident that the Blu Brand is a superior product and i stand firmly by my findings. Yes, I could have covered every detail I found when researching them both, but then the video would be an hour long, and you would not have stayed around to see it all. So that's why I gave links to the company website. Everyone can see for themselves the difference. And make an informed decision based on what they find to be important to them. I'm confident that most will come to the same decision I did. I also used both products before shooting the video, and those results were factored in.
