AWESOME. Thank you. I will be teaching this game at AEG Big Game night and this video was the best How To Play I've seen. Keep up the great work and see you at GenCon
Hi Ilya & Tylor! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm. Me and my wife love love love Cascadia and will start playing the Rolling version tomorrow! I was wondering where you got that awesome Tshirt. I saw Paula was wearing it too in one of her videos. Please tell me!!
At the 5 minute mark how did you come up with 5 foxes? There is one in the main supply and 1 on your personal dice, that's 2. You use the duplicate one of your personal dice which gives you one more fox (not multiply by 2). Now you have 3. You down convert the elk for 1 more, for a total of 4.
@@johnrudolph9002 You never convert from the supply just from the rolls. The special die let me repeat a fox meaning I have three and I used a nature token to convert the two elk in the dice to the fox putting it to five. Hope that helps!
Do you think it would be worth upgrading this game with custom animal meeples or tokens to replace the tally sheet? It seems like it would make the game less fiddly and speed it up slightly.
That’s a great question, honestly I don’t think so there’s so many turns you’re just crossing off so many things and adding I think it would certainly lengthen your game if tokens were in place. I’ll also share I was quite hesitant around the tally sheet myself as I’m used to circling stuff I have and crossing it off like many other roll and writes but practically this just felt so great and after one play I was used to it
Great video! I got the game three days ago and haven't had time to properly read the rules, so I needed something to get me through the rules :^)
@@thomashverring9484 glad we could help! 🥰
@@kovray And I subbed, of course :^)

Our pleasure! Thank you for the kind words.
We got ours at PAX Unplugged last year, you can get them at Teebletop!
I am so looking forward to these games. Keep up your great work.
Thank you so much!
These look fun. I received my kickstarter copies a while back but waited for a video like yours. Which sheet do you like best?
Oooo hope you have the best time! The second sheet is probably our favorite, it’s simple but so much fun!

When you down convert, you convert ALL instances of the animal. Since there are two elk, when you down convert, you get two foxes.
