In Cascadia: Rolling Rivers players will be drafting animals from rolled dice and spending those animal resources to complete habitat cards.
I'm kind of surprised this is the direction they are taking with Cascadia. When I want to play Cascadia it is usually to be chill and make a pretty tableau. This feels more complicated to me. I will stick with the OG version.
yeah it definitely feels a little more chunky so it's alright if it's not to your liking. OG Cascadia is still amazing!

Fun looking game, thanks for the playthrough. Also I've been watching you guys almost obsessively for like 2 years now and I'm only now noticing that Mike is a lefty?
On the first roll of the game, you took 2 salmon and an elk. Can't take 2 different species unless you use the special die that allows that.

Hey guys, on the Kickstarter campaign, Flatout Games is saying that when you roll a wild dice in the middle, it still must follow the “take only one type of animal” rule. As in, you can’t take all the Hawks, but then take 1 Bear with the Wild. Is this something that you played incorrectly, or has it been changed?
I'd defer to the page as that's the most updated and accurate rules

Mike it hurt me so much to see you forget to take a hawk + elk mountain bonus (on the fourth spot), because it definitely would’ve been useful later!!

I use dry erase markers with the paper sheets in a dry erase clear pocket so I do not need to buy more sheets ever. Call it cowardice if you like. I am just being cheap. This is thr middle way between lamenting and pencils.
