This was super eye opening for me. I started Zoloft a few months ago which is when I really started to notice how my blood pressure would get extremely low and my heart rate doubles, even when I stand up / bend over pretty slowly. Most of those symptoms you described besides blood pooling apply to me... I've always kind of looked past potential POTS due to my psychiatric disabilities being prioritized. Thank you so much for making this video!!

I was on Sertraline (I think that's how you spell it) once for my psychiatric issues and that was a HUGE mistake. Almost killed me. I passed out and hit my head so many times that I had like two concussions in like, one month. I couldn't even sit up in bed without passing out. I didn't know at the time that I had POTS but that was what got me my POTS diagnosis because the medication lowers blood pressure as a side effect and with me already having an abnormally low blood pressure...well lol

TLDR: This is such a good video. I experience almost all of these with my POTS. Maybe like 99.8% I would say. I also have a bright red nose, hands and ears a lot and I had NO idea that that was a POTS thing so thank you for giving this information! You rock and I hope for you the best

Nope. I think I'm the opposite of a vegan considering my family owns a cattle farm and we eat them lol
