I'm sitting here in the ICU with my wife. She had a procedure on her heart that was done incorrectly causing a hole in her esophagus and heart. Dumping toxic infected blood into her blood stream causing her to have 2 massive strokes which lead to her now being paralyzed on her right side. She was life flighted to Charleston MUSC to have Emergency Open Heart Surgery and Esophagus surgery to repair the holes.
10.5 hours of life saving surgery later and she is in recovery.
She is alive and improving everyday.
But we have months of rehab ahead of us.
Dave, your uploads help me remember when I lived in Japan and I used to drift and drag race. All around had lots of fun. Those days were amazing.
I'm in my mid 40's now and I came extremely close to losing the woman I love. Hug your wife and never let go.
She got your back, just make sure you got hers.

All the toys, fuel, food, they were feasting. Probably multiple loads of supplies delivered with the Blackhawk
@@BaxterretxaBwould be sweet but they are not that remote. There is a visible road in background with consistent traffic throughout this series. Working in fleet support, the logistics with all those factors immediately crossed my mind. But the road on opposite side of the hill makes it so simple to transport 2-3+ units and east delivery.
They mention earlier they are in garden city which is in Bear lake UT which is about a 2 hour drive from SLC or a 1 hour drive from logan UT

Roman really impressed me in this video. Usually rich people on this situation doing recovery’s they just want to sit in the truck where it’s warm or say fuck it and head to camp. But the guy was out there working in the snow to give Dave a break from doing it. It’s little things like that where it shows your character and what kind of person you are.

Some of the stories really give me a drive, I've listened to Dave tell his story how he struggled and failed many many times but yet turned out to be the man of today,he came from nothing and failed but because he didn't give up, look at what he is doing now...props to Dave Sparks.

Honestly every person in this video has the opportunity to profoundly effect people's lives, it's a hard thing to do managing your own life and having a persona on YT knowing that people hang into your every word.... Personally Rhett and Link(not here), Cleetus(George), Dave Sparks, Westen all have had impacts on my life at one point... I appreciate the work that goes into what we get to watch out of each of your lives and sacrifices that you each make and from one human to another I love you guys, plz continue using your platforms to entertain us and help us all make it through the everyday grind of life. I personally have a medically challenged daughter with HIE, seizures, and she is in a vegetative state and I'll never hear her laugh or her voice or see happiness from her but I am sitting here now watching you guys live your best lives and im happy Knowing i may have had to quit my job and dedicate my life to my daughter and make sacrifices pertaining to friends and family but my life has meaning and I understand that because of all of you guys....don't stop doing the things you do and Cleetus I love seeing your little man growing up(thanks for sharing him with us all) and Dave is just (sometimes begrudgingly) the most helpful person and filled with the kindness of 5 hearts. ❤️ You all and anyone reading this going thru a rough patch in life... hang in there, tough times don't last but tough people do, keep doing what is best for you and what makes you happy!

I’ve NEVER been a fan of Jeeps but that AMW modded Jeep on tracks is truly impressive! That thing is a beast! I’ve been riding the Utah backcountry for 20+ years on land and snow and if it handles the snow the way it shows, that Jeep is unstoppable! I’ve ridden many older sleds (470 or so lbs.) that couldn’t do what that thing could do. (~11x the weight, ~5000+ lbs.) Truly amazing😮!
You can tell Dave is like the “Dad” of the group. This guy has a great heart! We need more Dave’s in this world.

Dave.... You do so much for so many people and are so incredibly selfless! You love your toys but live everyone having fun just as much or more even. Your like a huge cosmic mass with the gravity pulling everyone toward you and together like a family. The man's story of how you changed his life is a perfect real life account of the man that you are and weight in positivity that you blanket your world in. You should be really proud of all you do and the positive influence you have soundly established. Its extremely rare these days, specially as a social media personality and is needed so bad. I look around and everything I see and hear is upside down and backward from everything I know and grew up with. Nothing makes sense and in my opinion is un-American. Our 4 fathers would start another Revolution if they were alive today. But You sir and most the folks with you up there are little slices of the true Americana. Love Westen, he's a great guy, his Smokestang was wild. He fell in love with your Sherp I think, but those machines are unstoppable, I saw a video of one walking through the deepest mud bog , and going back to where it came from once it got to the other side.
