Nah. It's got just enough barrier to entry. I looked a few months back and it was $7500 for 3 days. You have to rent it for that long if I remember correctly. Doable, but most people wouldn't want to drop that much.
off road specialties I could see a group of like ten friends splitting that easily

There was a construction company that built this for a motorsport shop owner. Then he sold the shop and the house sat for years cuz it was a joke, it looks like its still a joke for idiots to waste money on. I can hop on a dirt road and be at the house in 5 mins. And to top it off who is gonna bring their drift cars when i frequent these dirt roads at 60+ mph, there wont be anyone that can hang with me on these dirt roads, when a local can spank any drifter on dirt in stock chevy v6, not many ppl will show up. U can see the dirt road from the front door of that house, when u see a stock v6 chevy truck come screaming by sideways at 80, ur lil drift flow thinking ur special comes to a screeching halt real quick.

I noticed that too. Over thirty years ago now, when my parents built their ideal house, they installed a urinal for us 3 boys in the patio 'powder room'. It was pretty awesome and convenient. So quick to get our 'business done' and then back outside building/riding skateboard ramps riding mini-bikes etc. Good Times. Checked out the LT site. It's 2,000 a day, but they have a staff on site and you have access to a ton of things to do. Get a large group of your friends together and you can split the 10,000 price for 5 day rental. Tempting for sure.

The place started in 2001 hes my neighbor, so no u haven't been watching it. Also unless ur name is Ken Block or Travis Pastrana. Dont come here thinking ur fast, i frequent these dirt roads at 60+ mph. Theres none of u in the comment section that could keep up. So stay spending stupid money on stupid ideas to inflate stupid egos. Just kno that when u do show up, ur not that fast, im quicker in a stock v6 chevy than any drift nut on pavement.

@@dirtracer21d yeah why would he show the entire property and not just focus on the drifting and fun stuff if he wasnt somehow required to based on the deal he got to stay here.. who knows tho taylor loves the jibber jabber when hes passionate about things maybe hes made this ad out of kindness alone.. either way the content he makes will definitely bring in the revenue required to make a stay here feasible regardless of the reason
