What exactly is a declaration ? Will I need that coming from the US? I’ve heard of the visa, but not the declaration .. thanks!!

I believe it’s a customs declaration form, but whether or not you’re importing goods you still have to complete the form to enter the country. This is the rule coming from the UK but im not sure about the US, but if you haven’t done it prior, they’ll just make you do it once you arrive in the airport. It just saves time from the queues doing it before
