I used to use the Goldentyre 216 90/100 but after production moved to China I got inconsistent rubber feel between batches. One was pliable and the next felt hard like football cleats. I switched to the Mitas C19 Green Stripe in 90/100 with Nitromousse soft mousse. Feels great. My friend also switched to the Michelin Enduro Medium 90/100 and says he loves it.
Ok. I’ve never tested the Goldentryre, it’s not that common tyre to use here in Sweden. I wanted to test the 90/100-21 Midas C-19 but couldn’t get hold of it when I did the test. Really like the mists tyres.
Enduro medium front and mezeler 6days rear on my 350 excf from slik woods to hard pack keeps me wheels down ( mostly 😅) love your test good to listen while starting my forks after wipeout yesterday.... sand deeper than expected 😆🤣
First off i love the Airmousse. Tested it in the Golden Fatty 90/100/21 biggest mousse Airmousse makes. But as other comments have said Goldens are from China and are inconsistent. So i just ordered a Michlien Enduro Medium. Will test in Southern California Desert. Hare n Hounds and Sprint Enduros. Lots of rocks but speeds averages about 30mph Cant wait to test Then need to pick a rear tire. Like 110/100/18 non FIM I race a Husky in the 150 Expert class
I’m just learning and have a CRF250l for just riding UK trails, was thinking about the tracker, terrain is rocks, sharp rocks and some mud could you maybe give your opinion please?
Welcome to the sport :) I would go for another option to be honest. The tracker is ok when it’s new but that’s it. I would go for the enduro medium or some 90/90 option if that fits you better.
Enduro medium is a fim approved tyre and starcross is not. I’ve raced and used them both a lot. When I’m allowed I go with the star Ross and when not I use the enduro medium. Thanks for watching :)
Hi man. I rode the tracker tyre for about 15 hours. And first I kind of liked it but when changing to a better tyre I really felt the difference. It’s ok when you don’t need that much front grip. But on a special test or a race I would never use it. :)
Good question. I was going to buy it, but then there's the price, so ... I went with the Shinko546 rated S/I. . I just bought it online today , ill let u know in a few weeks after my Rocky mountain trip.
Yes that’s correct. Shinko didn’t have the option available when I did the test so they sent me MX 216 tyre, which is a sand MX tyre. So not worth bringing to this test.
Have you tried the Bridgestone m59? If so how does it compare to the Enduro medium?
Absolutely fantastic video, im waiting for more, a lot of knowledge! Greerings from Poland 🇵🇱
Thank you man! More is coming
Much appreciate it brother. Great work. If you try the extreme version of the e50 bridgestone pls leave your thoughts. Thanks again
Happy to find you and know you've ventured into English versions! Threw you an embed.
Congrats for this test. It must have take you a lot of effort and work to came up with this video. 👌 Thanks. 🤟
Thanks mate. Yes it did but well worth it when receiving all great comments and likes. 🤜💥🤛
Bra video! Är det Knivsta du körde på?
Kudos for saying damping correctly. Everybody in America says dampening, like they are going to get it wet!
What have you found works best on slippery wet rock?

Now you have the Bridgestone X31, I am pretty sure you will enjoy it.
I will test it next week :)
@@ridewithkimmo I will be waiting for your review

Great input man. Let me know your thoughts about the riding the Michelin enduro in California. 🤜💥🤛

Would love you to test Maxxis, Goldentyre and Motoz
Great video thanks for the honest review!
A very nice test, I just missed the goldentyre tire test

Great that you liked it. Well, there is many options in the front tyre world :) Next time maybe. We asked the students what tyres to test.
Hi what about Mitas Terraforce EF / EH enduro range?
Yeah. Many options in the front tyre world. We took the most common ones when asking in our school.
Bridgestone Battlecross X31?
I have it in my garage. Just waiting for the snow to go away. My old favourite was the Gritty 663.
What would be the best nobbiest Dot on and off road tire for a KTM 690 ?
I would go for the enduro medium on KTM 690 as well. I used to ride 690 few years ago
Thank you for doing this!
Hello, have you had a chance to compare the Enduro Medium rear to any of the starcross5 rears? What is your preference and which size?
Enduro medium is a fim approved tyre and starcross is not. I’ve raced and used them both a lot. When I’m allowed I go with the star Ross and when not I use the enduro medium. Thanks for watching :)
Back tire reviews? Great video btw
Thanks man! Yeah it’s in the plans to make :)
Also, AirMousse available in the US?
@@justinawingo yes! Checkout airmousse.com
really good in depth video , thanks
Thank you for telling us! 🤜💥🤛
The tracker seems like the best dual-sport tire?

What about the 80/100-21 Bridgestone m59
Good question. I was going to buy it, but then there's the price, so ... I went with the Shinko546 rated S/I. . I just bought it online today , ill let u know in a few weeks after my Rocky mountain trip.
M59 is my favorite but the sidewall breaks down faster then the mx33
Thank you, it helped a LOT
Michelin starcross soft is a world better than all other front tires in my opinion
Can’t really agree with you on that one. To soft and the knobs make I slippery on rocks and roots. Tested it a lot.
why didn't you try the dunlop tires AT-81 and EN-91 which are enduro tires and tried the MX 33 where it is MOTOCROSS tire?
When we did the test we could only get hold of the MX33 tyre. And we used that tyre in some cross country races with good results.
@@ridewithkimmo try them next time and i'm curious about your views .. i tried them and i can say they were the top 2 of my list
try mitas terra force ef
Super ,thanks for this work! P.s. what do you think about tubliss on front and nomOusse back?
Music in the video is a bit too loud compared to voice ,have to change the volume often
Thank you for feedback. We have developed our editing skills a bit more now :)
Where’d the Shinko MX216 go? You started with ten on your list, and finished with nine.
Yes that’s correct. Shinko didn’t have the option available when I did the test so they sent me MX 216 tyre, which is a sand MX tyre. So not worth bringing to this test.
Great video ty
Man thats strange, I cant stand the Michelin Enduro tyres. Knobs are way too small. I cant see how anyone can get grip from them.
First time i hear that :) still it’s my go to option when it comes to front tyres.
👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
