You can cook a fairly thich tomahawk on the otto, just cover an aluminium foil on top, then go for the final sear. I did it and it was perfection.
Why did it get so thin? Looks medium not medium rare. Did it overcook?
What do we do for 1.5” steak. 2 min each side? And get it as close to flame as possible (1”)?
At $2000 here in Aus bit too pricey for just a grill for me
The first thing you pulled out is a heat tray not a “drip pan”
What are the gloves for? Seeing more and more people wearing them lately but never used to see anyone wear them.
Prevents burns but still giving you flexibility.
This vs smoker??
Smokers take hours and won't give you that 1500 degree char.
