Thank you so much for this teaching session. I thoroughly enjoyed the speaker, demonstration and knowledge of these new programs and feel like I've learned so much in this short time. Although my company does not have the sway and planner program available, which I hope will come soon. It looks like an amazing program to work with.

Hi Claudio, I hope you have landed a position. I would suggest working with a job search company bc they would know of entry positions & also just apply to all that you are a good fit in some areas & sell them with your enthusiasm for the job. Best of luck!

I love your video, it is very helpful, also like the softwares that you presented they are really useful and life saving in our job. I have one question. On my last interview I was asked how did I book flights and hotels for my boss and how did I managed his trip and expenses. In my case we had another department for this in the company and that department worked directly with agency which took her of all details including visas. However the recruiter wasn't happy to hear that she she asked me: so are you telling me that if you have to arrange a trip or visa for your boss the only thing you can do is call an agency??Then what was your job in that??? 😕 But this is how in my last company it worked and I never was asked to work with that directly. I only had to send a request email before each trip and they would send me back approvals with all itineraries and visa details. How does that work in other places? Can you recommend any link or videos where it is explained?

    Aimee,
Thank you so much for sharing these great user-friendly programs. I have worked in rural offices but don't currently have a degree in Administrative Assistant. I am enrolled in college and working on earning my degree in Administrative Assistant. I also appreciate the link you have provided to the ASAP Advantage. I have been looking for more information related to Administrative Assistant.
    Thank you
