I love your videos. I got my first EA position every this month. I'm about 3 1/2 weeks in and I've been watching your videos since I started. Your videos are so helpful! Thank you!
Mail Butler for mails, hybrydy for meeting, calendly for schedule chatgbt for writing replies to email, Trello... Meetings are for decisions not to present information. Thank you.
Totally agree! Being an executive assistant requires effective self-management! It is important to organize your tasks to ensure positive deliverables. The tips and tools you shared are essential for every aspiring VA out there.
I've been working remotely since 2017, as an EA since November 2022. This really motivates me because it clearly let's me know what I can do to improve and add as much value as possible ♥ Thank you!
May I ask how is like to work remotely as an EA? I find it really awkward to collaborate from distance. Never liked remote jobs except for maybe some technical jobs to be worked as freelancers only.
The video provides updated tips and tools for organizational perfection, including calendar management, note-taking and action distribution, social media scheduling, and inbox management. The speaker emphasizes the importance of blocking realistic time frames on the calendar and taking live notes for accuracy. The speaker also recommends using a social media scheduling tool, such as SocialPilot, and Canva for efficient content creation. In terms of inbox management, the speaker suggests using consistent systems, and recommends the use of Mail Butler for email response templates and multiple email signatures. The Google Chrome extension, Hybrid, is also recommended for taking and distributing notes and actions during meetings. ----From Notta's video summarizer
Hello I’m new to your channel and my goodness your content is amazing! Thank you for sharing and to your followers for commenting and leaving tips. You all will have me looking like a Rockstar EA. 🤩🥰
Hi I live in NY and I would like to do administrative assistant/executive assistant course . Would you please suggest me where this course will be fruitful.
Question with all the sites your use, since I work in healthcare, would some information be to sensitive to store or use in the sites your provided? For example email replies in the Mailbutler?
Great question. Definitely check with your IT department before using these, particularly when you work in Healthcare or work with any sensitive information. We are often bound by our IT security policy which may not allow sites that aren't part of the company system.
Hi! I don't have a generic EA course that I recommend. I prefer micro learning that targets the specific areas you feel you need help with. Take a look here www.eahowto.com/resources I also recommend joining our private FB group. It contains a wealth of knowledge! facebook.com/groups/eahowto
Hello, I want to know whether the skill of shorthand is still used in Australia for job roles like : personal secretaries, assistants, legal or medical transcriptionists, journalists, etc.
Great tips as usual, can you share an Canva template of a presentation. I love Canva and would love to see how you set up your presentations. We have a President’s Club event that I coordinate and think this would be helpful and more engaging to present to the executives before or meetings!
A microphone with a fuz cover would help with the sound of your mouth smacking, which is incredibly distracting. Your content is incredible though, thank you so much for your help.
Been watching a lot of videos, getting tired. Most just explain what to do. Not HOW to do it. Especially concerning taking minutes. Minutes is a nightmare. Neeð videos on detail, HOW to do. Everybody knows you have to be organised.....BUT......
Lol so sorry these free videos aren't good enough for you. There is also a free webinar tonight '10 Things You need To Know To Take Minutes Like A Pro' and there is a paid CPD certified Minute Taking Course eahowto.com

It's a dying art I believe. It's handy but not considered a must have. I've heard of a few old school firms in legal that still require it.

Share in the FB group maybe?
I just use the templates I find on Canva and change the colours to my brand colours :)

is this all ads paid promo
None of these are paid promos actually. Anytime I've done a paid promo (rarely) I've always stated it up front. Thanks for your concern though.
