Most of apps not on the Play Store are honestly the best apps ever: since I degoogled my phone, I have to rely on other store than Play Store and so I found pretty quickly most of those apps in the video and used them for months now.
And honestly, since I use them, I could never imagine using an Android phone without them.

Please name the apps
I've been running my regular Samsung A54 without a Google account and simply side-loaded all apps I needed either directly from APKmirror, F-Droid, or via ADB. It just feels better and more private without that nasty Google account spying on everything. heh

Do you mean the black overlay with the pill type tile? Thats the stock Pixel notification drawer. I think there are a few apps on the play store you can use to customise your notification drawer to look like that!

Absolutely! While it used to be possible even on iPhones long ago, now it's locked down by the Apple garden. Those who like freedom, privacy, and have half a brain should go with Android. ;)

The app Batt did not show me the accurate charge cycles. When downloaded it said 10 charge cycles on my 3 month old device lmao. But else great vid!

Isn´t Hail a bit useless as you can disable apps by default? If your phone is rooted it does have use, as you can then uninstall apps if you don´t want to do that with adb.
