Coach needs to get mad or he will be replaced . Management wants a winning team and they are looking worse every game . Looks like Garland is holding the team together right now as he always does , he shows up every game and plays to win every game . Management needs to stop paying millions to players that dont produce . They could get rid of a few high payed platers and save 30 million per season and pick up a handful of better players that will earn their money . We dont need superstars we need to win games , and that means the entire team needs to be able to play 100% no matter who gets injured there should be no noticeable slack if someone gets hurt

Canucks get outshot every single game I honestly can't recall the last time they outshot the opponent, they can't score more than 2 goals, the only time they do score more than 2 are versus bottom feeder teams(even then they usually just win by 1 goal)...yes the defensive "structure" that Toch emphasizes worked last year but it clearly is not working this year especially when our D core is like AHL level right now, so we're not winning these low scoring games anyways because our D is just not good enough! So I say Toch should just change the system where he allows our players to have a lil more freedom n range and let them do their thing because we have alot of skilled players. Idk I just don't think this defence structure thing is working anymore so might as well change it up and give our players more reign to play to their strength because this is getting ridiculous I'm tired of seeing the team being outshot every single game and I'm tired of seeing Edmonton Vegas and LA winning all their games while we lose all of ours, and the ones we lose to are the exact ones that those 3 teams just beat! Change it up Toch before it's too late!

I think a reoccurring theme with this team this season has been how they play with a lead. They play actually very well before they get a lead, but as soon as they get a goal or two in the bag they seem to stop pressing and carrying the play and get back on their heels. No more forechecking, and everything is about dump and chase. This needs to be something that the coaching staff is working with them and I'm not sure that they are because the problem seems to be getting worse, not better.

Easy to blame Myers in OT but, Miller picked a bad line and was too far up. Myers should still be able to make that pass but, he didn’t have much to work with after Miller didn’t give him a good passing lane. Miller’s brain shuts off in OT this season. Weird since he’s typically money with all his OT winners since he’s been in Vancouver. Don’t call me a Myers apologist. I am not.

I'm tired of Tocchett's mild-mannered Midget-league excuses for another pathetic loss. How about showing some real anger and passion like John Tortorella? Clearly Canucks defence totally sucked without Quinn Hughes, who is carrying this team on his shoulders. Tyler Myers gave the game away in OT with that horrible turnover for the winning goal breakaway. Myers should be fired today or forced to retire. The rest of the Canucks blue line is almost as bad. Without Quinn, Canucks are sunk. If he is out for a while, they are headed for the bottom.
