Nightmare and Void: A mod created by Samihamer1 in order to augment the NKG fight into this MASTERPIECE of a double battle.
The Little Grimm skin was created by _yukawa_, and can be found below:

A new modded boss fight just dropped, and it is, as usual, INCREDIBLE!
This is essentially a boss fight that takes snippets of both NKG and Pure Vessel's movesets, and combine them into new, challenging attacks.
And because both of the bosses' attacks are incorporated quite evenly, the entire battle gives out a big vibe of an actual double battle, which seems VERY threatening... But the moves are added logically, and makes it so that they are (almost) always possible to dodge.
I will say, however, that I'm not such a big fan of that last balloon phase, and since I was doing it Nail Only, I decided to cheese it a little bit and went for the head pogo... not the bravest strategy, but I don't care, lol.
Overall tho, a VERY well-made fight.

@@haseebahmed2544 I could redo Abs Rad radiant in 5 attempts, meanwhile, it's actually very hard to dodge some specific attacks in this fight.

Pure Vessel is the reason I haven’t beaten P5 and it’s aggravating. I know that stupid boss isn’t THAT hard yet I can’t get his patterns down completely. Same with Zote for that matter.
@@TylerInTrainingpure vessel is my favorite boss and Zote is probably top 5, They're a lot of fun to me! Hope you can have that type of fun once you get their patterns down!
@@TylerInTraining something I like to do with pure vessel is to ddark whenever he does his big spikes move, because of the invincibility frames and it does big damage. Other than that, I mostly just jump over him or pogo off his head, and shade cloak if you have too, but I mostly try to save my shade cloak for when he throws out the knives or if I accidentally hit a counter. I am unfortunately really bad against zote, so I can't offer much advice on him.

Yeah the moves look a little more coordinated, like the floor spikes at the same time and the dashing attacks

this is fucking awesome i love how they are choreographed with each other and even some new moves to make it work, instead of just slapping the bosses together and calling it a day. ggs
Since their choreographed, I like the idea that Pure Vessel and Nightmare King Grimm decided to work together and perform one of the greatest shows they've made. Really makes you wonder about Pure Vessel having mutual respect for the Knight, since they're the new king of hallownest.
Totally agree with you. I was expecting some garbage of chaotic behavior and each of the bosses working on their own. But the authors tried their best and made such a cool battle in which every attack of every boss works together. This is really cool.
I really like the fact that the authors didn’t just put two bosses together here who will behave completely chaotically and on their own. Here the authors made a real tandem out of them. Their patterns work perfectly with each other, during the stun they are both absent from the battlefield, the bullet hell attack is combined with the Pure Vessel attack. This is very cool done.
I love how the Pure Vessel is just standing there, both of you waiting for Grimm.
For some reason it reminded me of the mantis lords because they don't look separate and like different battles they look like they complement each other

90% the reason why I loved grinding this fight, to be honest
but doesn't it make it easier? they do the same attack at the same time. you just need to dodge to of kind of the same thing at the same time and wait for the next attack. even combination aren't a thing here@@LeonHK.

While the fight feels like a double battle, technically, it's (mostly) like a single boss battle, it's something I mentioned in the description also.
@@gilmalul6647 but it's not the difficulty of the boss that i'm focusing on (even tho i did make it hard for myself)
It's the fact that the creator - Samihamer1 - decided to spend their precious time creating this unique boss fight, that combines 2 characters in an interesting way, and not actually just 2 bosses doing moves randomly
It's not always about the challenge
At this point most of the people will find silksong easy
this is why team cherry hasnt released it yet. we need to sacrifice the modmakers

Hey, this really looks cool! And... Very challenging! I know everyone said this, but I'll be one more: I LOVE Grimm and Pure Vessel's teamwork! Some new attacks have been created to continue teamwork, but that's not a bad thing! It's a very good thing, actually. But as for the existing attacks... I think my favorite is when Grimm summons spikes to attack and then Pure Vessel attacks with Nails(?). The way they combined their attacks is amazing to me. But actually, all of their teamwork is excellent! Congratulations on that!

No offense, different people imagine of them differently. I don't think i am super strong or something, i just love that thematic.
Like that their moves scripted to be like a team work and so there are no impossible moments of their moves spam
it's not really nightmare king + pure vessel. the two boses are coordinated to do the most similar attack at the same time, and if they don't have one similar enough, then the mod would create a new attack (the one that I saw is not hard to dodge. they attack ONLY at the same time which lets down the pressure because it's basically like on boss. it looks like there's just less space to dodge but not more and it's not that hard compere to the real deal. I just want clarify, you are really talented player and I'm not here to judge. it's just not what the thumbnail says

Unpopular opinion but nosk is the fricin hardest boss to defeat. I easily beat grim on my 10th try, but for nosk I had to try OVER 50 TIMES
