That David guy seems really freaking cool. You’re lucky to get to hang out with him Haha in all seriousness, this was such a fun trip! Always fun hanging out and always fun getting off road, especially in a place like this
I think your channel is fantastic. You do a great job of showcasing the northwest. I finally bought myself a rig. It’s a Nissan Frontier Pro4X. Can’t wait to retire in a couple of years and hit the road. Stay safe out there.
Thank you very much Robert, appreciate the support! Congrats on your newly purchased rig, you'll be amazed how far one can go no matter the setup you own. Have fun out there and safe travels!
What a great video you both did a great job Besides David getting mud on his camera and Michael hitting a tree I would say it was a very good weekend with a lot of fun both of you keep up the good work your friend Brian
Pretty sure that steep downhill area that was super off camber is the same area I rolled my quad on, video and pics don't do justice. Love your content, in the process of building my tundra for overlanding. Looks like you're from WA, may run into you one day. Take care!
It's incredible the difference in-person vs. camera captured when looking at hill angles! Regardless, it was a fantastic time out on the trails and happy we were able to check this section off. I'm sure our paths will cross soon enough, have fun out there!
Dont worry about the damage brutha. I recently went shooting and hitting trails with my brother and my dad and I guess I was shooting my ar and 300 blackout too close to my tacoma now I have a bunch chips on the back passenger fender flares of my truck from the brass casings hitting my truck too hard. Badges of honor I guess haha. Also look at Davids tailgate, it happens. Its all part of the game.
Looks like you both had a lot of fun as usual. Bummer about the scrap on Yeti but at least you were filming at the time. That setting up cameras and leaving camp shot at the beginning was hilarious.
@@ConquestOverland well at least you did put the mark there yourself. I almost punched a hole through the rear hatch on my runner, after closing my tire swing and forgetting to put the table up... Love your videos, and hopefully Ill see you out there.
Thank you! It's the C4 Fab Lo-Pro bumper, absolutely love it for the weight savings and still being able to host all items like a winch and light bar 😉 👍
How were you at Moore and I didn't know?!?!?!?! Super bummed I didn't see you and get to say hi. I don't know when someone from FL and WA will be at the same event to meet up again?
hey mate, roughly how much space do you have between the top of the decked system and the bottom of your fishbone rack? can you fit a fridge in there on a slide?
There's about 17" of space between the top of the Decked Drawers and the bottom of the RCI bed rack. It lessens to 15" where the mounting brackets hang down for securing the tent. You might be able to fit a low profile fridge in there, just have to do some homework as to which brand/ model. Cheers! 👍
So did you actually camp inside the ORV park? Or just a road nearby the trailhead? Looking to do some Overlanding there, soon but can't find solid info on where I'm allowed to besides the regular campsites
Hello. I am enjoying watching your videos. Question: The iKamper SkyCamp Mini 3.0 mounted on your RCI rack, when its closed is it even with the roof of your truck? If not, how much taller is it than the roof? Hard to judge in the videos, it looks as if the thicker end of the tent is a few inches higher than the roof. Thank you so much, keep up the good work
Good question! When the tent is closed it's roughly 5 inches taller than the roof line which even still dramatically reduces the wind drag and makes it easier to open and close for us vertically challenged individuals haha.

Awesome video as always, you are truly a master at your craft. Quick question…is there any particular reason you run cross bars on the cab instead of rack? Im on the fence with getting a Prinsu and exploring the pros and cons.
Sincerely appreciate the support, thank you! I run cross bars over the cab simply because of my needs and uses. I knew before hand that I only planned to use the cross bars for holding the awning and the occasional times of a cargo carrier like the Yakima Skybox. Racks are great if you plan to run auxiliary lights, traction board, constant use of cargo boxes, etc. though I wanted the truck to be streamlined as much as possible knowing I had no plans on running those accessories. All boils down to personal preference and uses.
The Lumix G-85. I don't have immediate plans for a dedicated video though I do discuss it a bit more in length during the previous Q&A: ua-cam.com/video/NALtlGG929c/v-deo.html
I got paint skid marks on my ikamper skycamp … I let my mom drive my car and she went into an underground parking garage n got it all scraped up. What would you recommend to remove skid marks? Would that spray on bed liner work?

Likewise though man, glad we could get out and rest the rigs!
Lookin good my dude!
Thanks so much Brian!
Off camber corners good for high speed but nerve racking for crawling!

0:42 what is the make of this water container (not the cup)? Do you still use it or have you found something different?

They are! You can also use maps like Gaia GPS or OnX Offroad to help with navigating through. Have fun out there and thanks for watching!

Tahuya is a good time, I took my old truck there a few year ago. I'm too scared to take my F150 there though.
It's always a great time there, just makes me think twice on some trails that are definitely a tight fit between the trees. 😆

I did not but after getting everything checked out on a routine maintenance visit, the truck is in perfect working order 😉 👍
