Impressive work! A great athlete at my box got 3 reps into his 10th round row and he went unbroken on everything but with slower transitions. Cool to see such a comparable outcome with breaks throughout.
5:59 lol. I am a scaled athlete (no dubs) and I did this unbroken on DL and singles but my transitions were a little long. Especially barbell to rope and rope to row.
What would you suggest someone who is still working on double unders? At my best and did it once I strung 6 in a row but most likely it will be like 2 or something like single, double, single, single, double, etc? Thanks in advance!!
For you, it will all come down to being as efficient on the doubles as possible, which means getting to them each round without a lot of fatigue. I think you should pace the row and deadlifts even more than you think so you are starting each set of doubles relatively “fresh”. If you feel confident alternating between single/double try to hold that strategy throughout.
@@brannendorman6772 just reporting back of my result! 5 + 25. I rowing and deadlifts are my wheelhouse so I held rower at 2:00 split (looking back could of gone faster because 2:00 was my recovery). Deadlift was broke up to 2 sets. Now the real work, DUs. I was doing single, double, single, single, double, etc cadence breaking up at 10s to control heart rate. Calves and forearms major muscle group hitters and lungs were somewhat fine. I got some major homework to do on DUs but thanks again for the advice!
@@wrm787thanks for the update! Obviously this will be a totally different workout for you once you learn doubles. Did you know we have a 12 week skill program just for double Unders? I suggest you take a look. The program is awesome

Let’s go!!
Can’t pace if you can’t do double unders consistently. Only got 5 because I kept tripping up. Guess I know what I’m working on this year
That’s what’s great about these workouts! Use each of them as a learning experience in what you need to improve.
Same!
Should the damper be lower or higher on the rower? Great video all!!!
Between a 4 and 7. Drag factor between 125-135 should be good
a 5 - 6 damper would be perfect
125-135 drag factor is probably a good recommendation here!
Where does it say that you can not receive assistance with setting up the jump rope? Thanks
What I saw I think was the overall rule book in a section about equipment and not from the 24.2 sheet

1:57-2:00 on the row, singled DL, and unbroken dubs. 718 reps.
singles on deads all throughout?
@@bryanrono I did some sets of 2-3 at the very end just to try to push. But until the last like 3 minutes. I did singles the whole time
What was the guy’s pace on the rower?
1:55
Did he miss some DU in round 3?
Why isn’t anyone resetting the rower screen?
We reset the rower screens every round. I did Brandi’s and Mia did mikes.
Comment: here for Lex 2POOD Belt 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻
Oh wait..:.looks like it’s happening
Just bouncing that deadlift off the ground! Badass!
You should do hand release deadlifts.
