    I’m feeling super proud today! In the middle of my training, I actually adjusted my plan-something I’ve struggled with in the past.
    It feels like a big win! Have you ever had to change your workout mid-session? How did it go for you?

    Epic session. 8 climbs at 18% gradient is excellent with 5k on top of that. You are certainly burning off that BBQ. 😃

    Today I went close to hitting my goal of walking 10000 steps did 9500 had a very tiring day but gonna improve the numbers tomorrow.

      Maybe in the future. I have not work out in the long time and i would like to straighten my muscles and joints before put extra pressure.
