Epic session. 8 climbs at 18% gradient is excellent with 5k on top of that. You are certainly burning off that BBQ. 😃
Everything is much easier after you have filled up your body with fat 😀.

Today I went close to hitting my goal of walking 10000 steps did 9500 had a very tiring day but gonna improve the numbers tomorrow.
