I've been watching Nelson since near the beginning. He's done a great job in a tough year. He has to be pretty excited to combine his first corn. Doesn't look like the cows lost any weight since I saw them last. 👍🙂
Well Mr Jon, I am speechless, what an honor to have been recognized with such enthusiasm from you!! I do appreciate that greatly, and your help has been a true blessing! I can't wait to see how things turn out!! Thank you VERY much my friend, I really appreciate that!! I let my wife watch this and now she is on the cow kick again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼🤦🏼 My moisture tester came in today 👌🏻👌🏻😁😁😁🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽 Thank you for all the support and shout out sir!! 😁😁
@@Pennies_on_the_dollar ha gladly. she can see what's the cattle markets are doing and right now I think if you showed her the prices to get into cows sticker shock might change her mind. LOL
Ip is giving it a go. However, this is one of those years. We small guys will need to chalk it up to having fun and hope the losses are not too much with the low grain prices.
I wonder if a guy would actually rent out a bull today. A few years ago when that bull was worth maybe a couple Grand maybe 40 cents on the pound if you rented them out and he got hurt what are you really out. Nowadays when no matter what kind of bull he is he's worth 2500.00 just because of meet price. Throw any amount of genetics at him and you got a four to five thousand dollar bull.
Nelson is a heck of a guy, I'm excited for his first corn harvest too! Thanks for giving him a shout out Jon! Hope you have a good one!
I agree. I've watched him from when he was clearing land. Love that man's dedication

Oof, yeah, pretty sad when you have a fantastic crop, and did everything right, and are going to lose .
Everything’s looking good
