Guessing I'm late but those carbs on the 620/590 have a hole cut into the main jet to cause the saw to run overly fat at high RPMS, and it only gets worse as the saw breaks in due to the increased vacuum from the rings sealing better, the fix is really easy, just take the diaphragm off, drain and clean it with brake cleaner/carb cleaner and put a dap of JB weld over the hole, let it dry overnight, put it all back together and your saw will lean out properly, just make sure you haven't got it too lean obviously.
So i did the same thing the high and low jet and idle are set right when its warmed up but on cold start i have to flash the choke a bunch till it warms up.
if u think that is running right, maybe u shouldnt touch the carb anymore and let someone who knows what theyre doing re tune it where it should be. not bashing but thats clear as day you have the h screw out wayyy too far buddy.
