Looks like nice grill! Having hard time deciding between bl1200,recteq bull and grilla grill Silverback Was hoping their founder series would be out by now
I need help....i have the BL800 and have tried to smoke on it many times. I set it to 180F but this thing consistently runs like 100 over, even set to 180 it runs at like 250-300 constantly. I can never smoke my food long enough because the grill is always running to hot, what gives? im ready to turn it in for scrap metal at this point and get one with a variable fan instead Its only a year old at this point too, suggestions please

This company has the worst customer service I have dealt with. I’m a college student and spent a lot of money on this grill to be able to have this grill for many years. I thought it was a quality grill until it caught fire in the auger and the fan did not work, causing the grill to burn up. I have received no help. I have warranty issues besides the fire that I have not been helped with. The seal on the bottom right of the grill is not properly sealed, causing grease to drip on the bottom rack. Also the grill can’t fully screw to the legs, causing me to set 4 screws aside. If you buy this grill I hope it’s great but if there is a warranty issue they will try to dodge it in any way.

@@matthewsmitherman2472 no, I did a ton of research, looking at reviews and looking up videos and whatnot because I thought my traeger finally kicked the bucket. But before I went to the store to get it, it occurred to me to check the outlet my old traeger was plugged into. Turns out I didn't need to replace it. But if it helps at all, before I checked the outlet and based on what I learned I did decide to give it a try since it was at Costco, and they have a great return policy.
@@matthewsmitherman2472 But it was very strange, because I couldn't find a whole lot of reviews despite having been on the market for years. What reviews I did find were highly mixed, however there wasn't a single bad one that was a verified purchase. I started noticing there were some bad reviews that were on multiple sites... Like verbatim... Not sure why someone would give a negative review on 2 completely different sites (especially not having bought it on either of them)🤷
