I've been trying to build up the courage to take the test again, but i have become so discouraged because of my last attempts. Sitting for my nclex for the 5th time next month! I graduated back in 2016 failed consistently 4x at 265
I got married had a kid and just put life on pause and already went through a lot. I remember how much Nurse Mike helped me during school and it’s so cool to see how he’s grown. I would imagine how heartbreaking and discouraging it is and it is not just the expense, but having to sit for the exam again must me exausting and stressful. Trying again takes determination.

I have a very similar story. I have failed the NCLEX 3 times and have no idea what to do. I have used ATI, Kaplan, and came so close when I used your NCLEX 75. I have invested so much money into the dream of succeeding and feel defeated by the test. Thought of taking the exam for the fourth time scares me.

I have a severe test anxiety. I failed 6x and I almost discouraged I have tried everything uworld , Saunders, fuer review, Kaplan, ati . The last time I failed with 265 questions. OMG I’m tired of talking this exam. I have spent a lot of money. I don’t know what to do know I’m so devastated 😔😔😔.

I'm taking my Nclex for the 4th time a couple of weeks. Been using Uworld and writing out the rationales on the questions I miss and the ones I get right but I just guessed the answer.

I would LOVE some help!!!! I have been out of school for years and took the NCLEX so many times, I stopped counting after the 5th time. I have been so beyond discouraged and depressed. I threw it away for awhile and now I am starting to think that I need to give it another shot. I am beyond scared to do this. I know I am a great nurse, I am just an awful test taker....which obviously sucks for me. ANY HELP ANY RECOMMENDATIONS....PLEASE!!!! Thank you!!!

Please i need your help , fail NCLEX 3 times with 265 questions , used all 6 hrs without any break . I used Kaplan , Uworld , Mastery NCLEX with good scores.

I need your help . I have taken my NCLEX PN 3 times the last two times with the max questions of 205. When my results came back everything said near passing . I am currently looking into taking a review course.

great question! statistically, they use these numbers bc of type of students that take the nclex multiple times, typically its a test anxiety issue and not a learning or content issue.

how to study for the nclex pn
I just failed on my first attempt at the RN nclex. I am also finishing up chemotherapy for colon cancer. I got this disease even though I am young. I think chemo brain is really a thing, it is getting much harder to concentrate. So I think I am going to wait until the side effects ware off before trying again. I was near the benchmark on all subjects except infections. I was below standard on infection control.

Story as mentioned In this video and when I just heard the statistics of taking exam after 3rd time my heart sank and now feel why am I even trying If my odds are stacked against me. Last time o took exam I got 6 or 8 categories near passing, 1 category above and / category below. So I’m almost there I got 150 questions; twice as many as last time so I know I can do it but I think I need a tutor and or a different way of studying. Bc obviously my way is NOT working. Wow. I'm now seeing this 1 year later. So it turns out that I took the n Clex and passed. I am now working as a nurse!
I've taken my nclex rn 6 times and starting to prepare again for my 7th and hopefully successful attempt at this exam. last taken July 2018 then I broke my ankle in September and had air cast boot on for 5 months. Money has been another reason I havent scheduled yet. I hate exams

Wait, you said $200 each time, but my school said I have to keep going to the breeze account and pay that $300 fee plus go to the pearson view account and pay the $200 fee. It didn't feel right. But I did it already twice. Because I haven't passed yet. Still, are you telling me? What’s a lower nurse mean?? Lower in what?
danoosh S right I just realized what he said .. people always want to down grade LPN.. I love him and think he’s great but LPN’s are just as important as any nurse ! And the pay isn’t that much of a difference ! I’m a LPN and make just as much as an RN does !
i think he meant lower nurse as far education wise not necessarily downplaying lpn because there still important too. and pay is big difference depending on the state but for sure RNs make more than Lpns.
$200 to write the NCLEX?? It costs over $500 to write the Canadian equivalent!! If you fail, we are only allowed to write the exam three times in total. If you fail on the third, you need to redo part of your schooling

I purchased your nclex 75 and I have been studying and going by the schedule as well as possible with a couple days behind. I failed the first NCLEX and am about to take the 2nd now end of October in a week and half and I am a wreck. I feel like Im not ready. Your videos are great but I wish I had online class options with you or even in person. I do really good going to classes or online live claases but I have to take the NCLEX ready or not and Im a wreck.

I am embarrassed to say I have failed 6 times. So pathetic I know. I did get my LPN first and passed that the first time. I have been working as one for a few years now. My boss always praises me saying what a great nurse I am and she doesn't get my issue. Not sure if I just want to give up trying especially since I have never heard of anyone fail this much. I've done all the prep classes. I pass those with flying colors. Don't know what's wrong with me.

It depends what state you take the exam for. Here in Pennsylvsnia it's unlimited. They'll keep taking your money.

0:11 Is anyone in Cali LA? I'm in Pomona and I have failed 2x. I am severely depressed about it. And have severe testing anxiety or when asked stuff on the spot but in the field I ask questions and I do better when I'm scared. Testing and scared not a good combo for me. I suck.

ttlovesyou I think he means lower paid nurse. We all know you guys are with us... especially ADN nurses who get their RN with the same amount of education. Honestly went through Nursing school being told about the underlying hierarchy, and even in the hospital, you'd hear other nurses say "oh don't listen to the LVN because they are just practical nurses" they don't know how to assess. BUT how many LVNs have saved my ass in a tight bind when I can't be 2 places at once?? How many times have I delegated a responsibility to an LVN knowing that I can trust them completely to watch over my patient? And how many senior LVNs know more than the baby ass new grad Nurse?? Yup.

Lol, everyone's pissed at that on comment which he obviously didn't mean anything by... try being a psw, and ask yourself if you treat them with the same respect you are asking for.. do you treat them like nothing more than shit wipers? I never want to discourage anyone......but failing 4, 5 and 6 times is way more than test anxiety. There is a MAJOR disconnect in content, a knowledge deficit and perhaps even skills. Perhaps it's not your time or maybe nursing altogether. Too many failed attempts may put patients lives in danger. I am sorry to say but I think that it should only be three attempts in all states. After the second failed attempted a 3 month mandatory review and prep course should be required to sit for the 3rd time. After the 3rd attempt it should be deemed unsafe to practice in all states. Patient safety first before someone's dream of becoming a nurse.
How do you know tho? Test anxiety comes in many different forms.
