      Very true, because he proposed and derived few of his work on denesting of nested radicals (with square roots and cube roots) in formula form and this is based on that.

    A tiny version.
    Take √3 common in 1st term of l.h.s. gives
    √3(5+ 2 .√3 .√2 ) i.e
    √3 (√3+√2)^2
    Removing root gives eqn
    3^1/4 ( √3+√2) - 3^1/4 .√2= x^3/ 4 i.e
    3^ 3/ 4= x ^3/ 4
    Gives x = 3
