So much money has been dumped into urban areas to improve opportunities for decades. It goes no where without a culture shift.
We need to change the culture to value education and lifelong learning, avoiding drugs, living quietly and towards personal responsibility. All things this man possesses in spades. Right now the urban culture preaches everything but this, esp the hiphop and rap moguls on the bottom of this billionaire list. Those influences trap the many to rise the few.

African American billionaires nearly all made their money through stereotypical sports and entertainment while African Billionaires in Africa not one made their money this way. They made their money through energy, agriculture, and other business sectors, which are critical to the world's survival. You will also see this in how European American billionaires made their money, most made it not in the entertainment sectors, but in STEM sectors..
      Why is this important?
It sets the culture in the African American community to aim for less beneficial professions, while African children are selling drinks on the side of a road at 9, hoping one day to become an owner of a large brewing business, our children are hoping to make it big in entertainment/sports, because they see others African American superstars make it that way.
We African Americans have to change our culture by challenging racism / inferior mindsets away from this either make in sports/entertainment or go home, to pushing/creating business minded young people desiring to be owners of Big Tech /Auto brand creators/ Pharma over being basketball/ football stars.
We have a trillion plus dollars in buying power, but don't own a single brand in the top 100 + brands in America.
Its 2024, there are no Auto/vehicle manufacturing companies owned or created by a single African American, but there are Innoson Motors in Nigeria / Kiira Motors In Uganda that designs their own cars.

In fact most of the successful blacks in America are first generation immigrants. Poor to middle class Black Americans would do themselves a huge favor moving to countries with high upward mobility, better healthcare, and lower crime rates like Canada, Spain, England, Kenya, Ghana, Japan etc. These countries have way more successful blacks compared to America but more importantly less bad outcomes statistically.
