This was amazing!! However I didn’t manage to do the one at 47:00 not too sure what I did wrong but I was shaking 😂
Thanks Chloe, I'm so glad you liked it! That move at 47:00 is a tough one, especially after a whole jump class with jelly legs. You can always try increasing or decreasing your spring tension, depending on which part of the exercise you're struggling with - that can help!
