  • Follow with me in this 25 minute all levels, Jumpboard Reformer workout. There will be four rounds of jumping with traditional Pilates exercises in between. This is a full body workout, and a good introduction to the Jumpboard.

    Are the exercises with jump board good for osteoarthritis prevention? It seems that the feet land with top of feet first right? And I thought that jumping and landing on heels is better of bone strength?

      Jumpboard is good to create and maintain bone density which can also help with inflammation prevention.
