In this video we check out a tool kit that is geared towards first time homeowners. Made by Deko tools which is pretty prominent on amazon. Personally i think this kit offers alot of bang for the buck. there are some short comings but to put a good kit together for under 200$ is hard these days. yes you can go to yard sales and search the web but that takes time and sometimes you just need to get a job done. anyways overtime depending how far your skills advance you will probably out grow this kit but it aint to shabby. as for the impact further videos and tests will follow. thanks for watching and please like, share, comment and Subscribe. Thanks!

Quality aside you certainly get a lot of tools for not a lot of money per piece when you look at it that way. Not a bad deal if you don't have any tools at all, need a backup set, or filling in a bunch of gaps in whatever you already have. I could see something like this being a good set to buy and leave in a trailer, with your camping gear, or give to a kid headed off to college. Thanks for posting these types of videos, it's neat seeing these types of tools from amazon looked at up close.
Yup. Definitely won’t start a handyman business with this set but like you said it’s a great set if you have no tools. Especially for the price and then you can build onto it. Or a handy kit to take on the go for certain things. I appreciate you watching and giving feedback. I’m glad you enjoy and don’t yell that it’s just Chinese crap lol. I love American made as well but prices for first time buyers are ridiculous and I thought this kit was actually well thought out. Thanks again for watching!
Holy moly. A video per day. That's alot man maintenance.
Heck yeah broski!!
Great for the diy guy or gal just starting out
Absolutely TGG! For the price point it gives you almost everything you need! Thanks for watching!
For a starter set, or a backup set this looks pretty good. For those not super handy, so this is a good way to get them started. My nephew just bought his own house, and I hit Harbor Freight and got a variety of tools for him, as well as a Kobalt socket set to help start him out, but the cost was probably triple of that $60 set. Thankfully, I had a used 20v set of Porter Cable tools I gave him since I've moved onto other 20v systems.
Good on you for helping him get what he needs to tackle projects on his own! I love hearing stories like that. The plus side with the harbor freight buy for him is the lifetime guarantee on hand tools. Especially if you live close to one. I am going to put this in my work van and try to work for a month or a few out of it and see how many times I have to go to my veto bag. Thanks for watching Michael!
This looks like a great little set! Only downside I feel like is that it’s all metric sized. Would’ve been nice if they could’ve squeezed in some standard size sockets and box wrenches
Yeah it’s a pretty comprehensive set. I agree with you about having some standard but over time that’s something you can upgrade or add to this kit. Thanks for watching Tanner!
great cheap set would'nt be a bad set for home
I know the age old debate is quality over quantity but with todays prices it might be worth it to someone that’s for sure. Thanks for watching buddy! 🤜🤛
Thoughts about the two $60 tool sets from Harbor Freight? For a starter kit.
Well it’s hard to give an honest answer since I’ve never personally tested them though I have looked at them. I believe comes with most of this plus some vice grips right? I mean if it’s a lifetime warranty on them and your harbor freight is close I’d say that’s a great option. Just like this I’d upgrade the hammer and tape measure right off the bat but yeah harbor freight Pittsburgh tools aren’t to shabby at all. And the lifetime warranty is hard to beat
