I will absolutely be critical where there are things to criticize, and lord knows there will be things to criticize. Going to main Harley and I heard that she's got the hardest learning curve to master, so I'm up for the challenge. Will probably focus on a 'run n gun' build to buff her traversal. Next I will main King Shark and focus on a tank build.
For some reason, I’m leaning towards Captain Boomerang, and I’m excited to try this game despite the discourse around it! If I’m even remotely interested in the game, I’ll buy and play it. Maybe I’ll dislike it, maybe I’ll like it, but I’ll never know unless I try it.

ill probably main boomerang because his traversal is OP imo. little disappointing you cant switch in combat but Im guessing its not just online the reason for a main. probably would have been hard to get the AI right to be able to switch in combat.
In theory I'm thinking I'll be maining Harley or King Shark because the other 2 have sniper rifles and I'm not all that great at sniping but I might end up finding that I like the traversal of other characters and use them despite not being all that good at sniping.
I’m pretty much sure with out a doubt switching back and forth between harlequin and captain boomerang because I like a lot of pistol/smg/ar/sniper play 😮😅😊
The game is alright imo it's mostly people salty about their fav hero dying in a game that is literally called kill the justice league, sure they could have done somethings better with the game but it definitely ain't has bad has some fools want you to believe. Form your own opinion don't be a sheep that's all i got to say.
I dont think its such a big deal that people are upset or disappointed in the game. Alot of people just wanted a good power driven suicide squad and NOT a looter shooter live service. To most and even myself its just a game with guns with powers on the side but most were expecting the opposite. That's the biggest thing about the game. I think folks are trying to hard to spin positives instead of jist letting people feel disappointed.
Harley Quinnnnnn. I seen some of her potential legendary weapon options and her Slugger style and Run-and-Gun seems like you can do some crazy stuff. Deadshot looks insane as well with him having extremely high damage potential.
Well one of my main concerns about this game is the Endgame. Everyone knows the real game in a looter shooter is Endgame and I have yet to hear Rocksteady talk about how they will handle it.
In the Alpha i played Capt. Boomerang and King Shark. Now that we're waiting for the full game to release I wish I tried out Deadshot and his jet pack.
If only it was Justice League:kill the Suicide Squad. I love DC but I’m tired of 2nd, 3rd stringers here..not including Batman..maybe a JL game wouldn’t work? I don’t know.
I'm bouncing between Harley and King Shark, I love the characters and their heavy similarity along with a pistol affinity for Harley. King Shark's AR range is also a plus.
Im playin the game today. I like boomer the best. He's fast. Im not sure if thats teleportation or speed but either way hes very fun to moving around. Now im looking foward to upgrade him so he can maintain that speed longer
Spider-Man miles morales was flawless, wolverine, black panther and captain America I believe ,and others expected or rumored to be coming are gonna be the super hero games we want. I just got a feeling after the story mode this game will fade away like Avengers did. Prob wait to see on this one. Even though I love the concept!

Considering that smgs were left out of the buff, I'm guessing one of the first DLC characters will have that bonus in their talent tree. I've heard rumors of Croc, Katana and Deathstroke so far. I think smgs could fit either Deathstroke or Katana, but considering that specifically in the Arrkhamverse, Deathstroke has used a Desert Eagle handgun and is typically shown w/ two pistols. That leads me to think Katana will be the first DLC character.
I have a feeling that king shark will die and you can take over as superman. Its just a hunch. But i'm looking forward to playing as superman. Sadly wish martian manhunter was playable tho
would be cool to get a few drops for other characters if you opt in and plan to play several characters so you'll need different weapons 😊 everything sounds good but it's gonna be hard to play this and gran blue fantasy relink simultaneously 😅 and I hate that games like this have so many haters... people who have no interest in the game because it isn't a batman game should just get over it permanently... it is what it is... crowd fund a batman game be pro active not destructive to suicide squad
Funny comment about the word "buffs", though that might be b/c a majority of the skills in the trees are passive stat bonuses. I wish they had more substantial skills in the trees that had a more tangible effect to the gameplay than some stat changes
I'm fascinated by the design decision to not give the characters their own unique skills and abilities, apart from the traversal skill and suicide strikes - which they all have. I'm thinking like Warframe or Borderlands where each class has specific skills unique to them they can intermix into combat.
Exactly, I feel like no one else has really mentioned that and I've been shouting in the void lol. Literally every character shoots guns, throws grenades, uses a single target ability, an AOE ability, and then has their own unique traversal. On top of that, Legendary traits don't appear to be character specific, further erasing the appearance of individuality amongst these characters, which I feel like of all of the super teams, Suicide Squad should be. Then they keep hyping the red colored loot types, which are going to be modeled after known villains or characters in DC like Black Mask and Bane, so does that mean in like 2-3 weeks after launch, everyone is going to have Bane-faced explosions?@@TheOrderofDylan
Even the loot-based live service games that have failed, Anthem, Avengers, hell even Redfall, had unique abilities at the least. Borderlands and Warframe are definitely some of the best examples of this
You can. XP is not shared, so you would need to invest time into each character to level them, but you can absolutely play whoever you want, anytime you want.
