- How to rebuild the throttle body units on 305 and 350 small block GM crossfire injection engines and where to adjust fuel pressure. I used an A/C Delco rebuild kit. A/C Delco part # 219-606 GM Part # 19238101 This kit has the parts included to rebuild both thottle body's. You will also need a rochester double D flexible tool to adjust the pressure.

Nice to see that someone fixes up this old stuff. I personally would normally swap that crap out with something reliable... But original equipment has it's own charme. I am currently fighting with a lambda controlled carb on a Mercedes 190. I refuse to swap it out for a K-Jetronic. I also have my weak points for classic crap.
The main problem is that when I eventually need this video to fix my 1984 C4.. We'll be halfway into Mad Max times and I'll be lucky if a nuke hasn't wiped out the electronics on the Vette and the internet from existence..
You're a hero to putting this out there though. ALSO can we all just take a moment to appreciate whoever sat there and made drawings of the throttle body from all sides/angles to show you where/how to punch out a particularly difficult bolt.

Can I get to that adjustor without taking the throttle body apart or at least while it's still on the car ?
It depends on if the plug is still in the throttle body or not. If the plug has been knocked out yes you can get to the adjusting screw while it is on the car.
@84c4corvetteguy5 I saw a video on it where he just took off the part that needed to be removed, so I think you can. Ill find out soon.
Yes you can partially disassemble it on the car and adjust it.

Too Funny! I will work on anything. The big three all had cool stuff over the years. The favorite car I ever owed was a 1970 Plymouth GTX 440 with the Air Grabber hood in Canary Yellow. 😁
