- As some of you may know, I am on the Track and Field Team at The Ohio State University! This is my second video and after doing a poll on Instagram, I decided to do my morning routine as a student-athlete!

okay...so, heres what I learned today... lay out the clothes on the floor in the bathroom... its easier to get up before day in the morning if you dont had to figure that whole thing out... Get there early to be better prepared... Thats good stuff. NOW... I need to know did you eat or drink ANYTHING before your workout....and did you have ANY protein or just toast and oatmeal?
Thank you so much for watching! Before lift I typically will grab a fruit snack or energy chews and after lifting, we are given protein bars and protein shakes😊 I don’t add any extra protein to my breakfast due to having the bar and shake. During lunch and dinner I always take in protein as well😊
