As someone who only finished the NY expansion in 2022, I never got to experience the story in order, but this vid really helped me sort of understanding what I missed. Great vid man 👍
With this summary I now recall how hard it was fighting some of those rogue henchman like Huntsman. His mortar turret wiped me a couple of times. Also how we've had Lucky and the Cursed, both heavies. Jupiter who seemed not to be on board with Keener's plan of releasing the eclipse virus. There has been good and some bad with the seasons. Hopefully we'll be given the chance to catch up with McManus and axe his ass for all the fallen comrades. Extremis Malis Extrema Remedia
Thank you so much for this recap. I was wondering why the rewards track for seasons 9-11 excluded bosses from season 5-8. I know know why thanks to you. I stopped playing TD2 before the release of warlords of new york, and returned at the start of season 9. As always, your videos are precise and to the point.
The more and more I watch these and think the more and more I think that Mabey the division isn’t sctully the saviors just people with hero complexes to stubborn or scared to see beyond they’re own nose
Is there a way to reset everything and play through the entire game from start to where we are now?? Excellent content, by the way. Very glad I subscribed!!👍👍👍💯💯💯
If it's severe or long-lasting enough I wonder if the re-shutdown of the SHD Network is gunna start pushing some Agents to use Keener's Rogue Network instead. Maybe setting up for more Agents, rogue and otherwise, to use it in the future.
I'm disappointed that Cpt. Lewis got capped so early. With his changing habits and personality, he could've been a great asset. Manny would've called him out on his lone wolf mentality hypocrisy and shoved a SHD watch to his chest saying: 'Welcome.... agent.'
Great vid, mate!! Although if I'm honest it's just an appetiser for the longer vid that's coming. I really enjoy the long form recaps. I appreciate the amount of work you put in, too. As soon as I see a new NGN vid I stop playing whatever it is I'm playing and jump back into the Division. You should be on comission 😉
This is not an official answer, but the communications infrastructure continues to decay with time. It may not be as easy as ringing up the closest agent. And if you have to go out there to tell them... well, might as well handle it yourself.
Hey one question to anyone reading this: Is it worth to pay 15€ for season pass to unlock the manhunt final missions that are part of the 0-100 season Levels? Will the missions ever be unlocked / available in any other way or in another season? I only started playing the endgame in end of 2022, and the seasons are pretty cool with the league events and everything. Anyways, if someone has an answer to the question, please take the time and let me know about it :)
I wanna know, when you fight fay and by personal, does that mean you’re the same agent as d1 or are you a different agent in d2 but personal due to her being one of the oldest agents active and just NOW deciding to go rogue?
Is Faye confirmed killed tho?.. i was confused abt after that part.. since i didn't participate in that manhunt..but since i have it unlocked..i should do it now.
I don't know what happen I just got the season pass and is on the guy with the black mask and something about baby's lol but looking forward to seeing what will happen
oh you make me curious with that, faye lau seems to just dug it up secretly and double crossing at this point what would schaeffer info have to be so important?
Maybe Keener left behind intel on Natalya Sokolova and McManus back on Liberty Island before he died. Maybe that's why we are going back to New York in Year 5 season 3.
Your armor is carbide plating. How exactly did Jupiter make siramic plate null and void electronically?? I get frustrated when this game does things that make absolutely no sense. The Division is real world, that's why I like it. No superhero garbage lol. Am I right?
I have always found it kinda stupid and, most importantly, frustrating both in terms of immersion and, to a much bigger extent, gameplay-wise. In any video game or even irl situation, if an enemy threw an EMP at me I’d be pissed because it would jam my electronics but I’d still feel as safe as one can in that situation because, well, that’s a fucking EMP. It’s not gonna kill me slowly or deplete my carbide plate. Always hated that part of the black tusk enemy design.
Well judging by how this season played out my theory is that next manhunt which will be broken will be based around the the black tusk holding some important civilians including Cindy McAllister who is our drone operator along with with Mary Singh who she is Manny's secret lover here and she is holding Singh hostage till either Manny accepts Natalya's offer or consequences will be here cause from my understanding each trailer foreshadows how the final target's location's each show's where the final confrontation will happen and with also each civilian/hostage here will each be placed in a location that corresponds to they're each specialty here
The manhunt will definitely be centered on the aquarium. In the next lineup, it’s probable that General Anderson will be one of them. Natalya will use him as another disposable asset and further weakening the True Sons faction by killing another leader of theirs and install a puppet leader to keep them in line. He's not in a position to refuse that woman, or he'll end up like Stovepipe. If he’s not turning to the Division for help, he’s as good as dead. We know Sokolova now. But we have yet to see McManus, and the full force of his anti-Agent Hunters.
@@StrikingYoIp There's a difference though. Lewis turned out of principle. If Anderson turns, it would be for survival. Guys like that can't be trusted, as Natalya stated before I think.
@@StrikingYoIp Unlike Anderson, Ridgeway led his True Sons by example. Ridgeway fought and died on the belief that he is doing the right thing for the country he loves, even if it means he have to roll up his sleeve and get his own hands dirty. Same goes for Joe Fierro of the Cleaners, and Charles Bliss of the Last Man Battalion. These men, these flawed men earned the respect of his followers and motivate them to fight with the same conviction of their leader. Unless there’s something in Countdown I didn’t see, Anderson is not like the people I mentioned above. Flaky leader commands a flaky force.
so the theory of the hunters being a killsquad used on division agents was confirmed
Hope to see them as future manhunt targets.
As someone who only finished the NY expansion in 2022, I never got to experience the story in order, but this vid really helped me sort of understanding what I missed. Great vid man 👍
Why bother? Theres killing to do.
Theyd have to overlay the marketing materials…only to waste.
NGN, bro, I love that you do things like this. Great to see that I’m not the only one who enjoys the game this much. Keep up to good work bruv
Just started playing Division 2 again this week. This was super helpful for a returning player without context of what’s going on.👍
the best lore channel ever to do it
hope to see you continue this content!! you tell the story so much better than Ubi does

We'll go after McManus after we kill Natalya Sokolova at the end of the new Story DLC.
This just gets me all excited for year 5!!!!!! Can't wait and damn good summary!

Love these quick videos if I ever need something quick to just listen to great stuff as always
Amazing recap!
Can't wait for the long recap
The more and more I watch these and think the more and more I think that Mabey the division isn’t sctully the saviors just people with hero complexes to stubborn or scared to see beyond they’re own nose
Short and to the point, perfect 😊
Thanks man, I’ve been away a while and this caught me up. I’ll check out the full version as well.
This is great! Kudos! Perfect amount of time and I am excited for Year 5!
Thanks for this man. Iv really fallen off the lore grind and this really sums it up! So happy your still making videos bro!
Is there a way to reset everything and play through the entire game from start to where we are now?? Excellent content, by the way. Very glad I subscribed!!👍👍👍💯💯💯
awesome vid, i always play the seasons but helps a lot see the explanation, much intel can be lost while in gameplay...
Thanks for making this mate.
This helped a lot. I just returned to the game after not playing since Season 2. Now I just need a recap of the season that just ended. 😂😂
A lovely one so narrative. Keep it up NGN
Waited five years for this
Great video, very helpful and very entertaining informative ggs 👍
Amazing work once again! Can't wait for Year 5!

I hope they do reruns of seasons 2, 9, 10 and 11 as I missed those seasons due to boredom of the Division 2
So even if you do content solo I am guessing that storywise it is always a team of agents or multiple individual agents involved.
Do you have anything for the remaining story through the recruiter up to now??
I'm disappointed that Cpt. Lewis got capped so early.
With his changing habits and personality, he could've been a great asset.
Manny would've called him out on his lone wolf mentality hypocrisy and shoved a SHD watch to his chest saying: 'Welcome.... agent.'
I agree, lewis died way too early. I wanted the character to grow over a longer time.
not to mention we could've recruited stovepipe considering what natalya said in her message
I wanted manny to die and Lewis to take over.
wooo nice one to top off the season
It would be awesome If you could play again hole previous manhunts, not just Main targets. I have missed earliest manhunts
yeah it sucks they should give an option to replay manhunts
Alright the story is getting interesting again.
Great vid, mate!! Although if I'm honest it's just an appetiser for the longer vid that's coming. I really enjoy the long form recaps.

You should be on comission 😉
This game was great. Wish id hung in there for the seasons. Just felt like there was a dry spell there after release. Not much happened.
Side question: in one of your playback scenes i saw the blast radius of the enemy grenade, how did you turn that on?
Something to do with color-blindness settings.. not sure which one, though.🙁
I’m confused on why our Agents from DC had to go to NYC when there are Agents there already?
This is not an official answer, but the communications infrastructure continues to decay with time. It may not be as easy as ringing up the closest agent. And if you have to go out there to tell them... well, might as well handle it yourself.
Happy Hunting.

Looking forward to the other video.

Season 9 started with Kelso looking over Faye Lau's dead body. It is also said that Captain Benitez and Rhodes buried her in NY.
12 generations of R-Strength...
I don't know what happen I just got the season pass and is on the guy with the black mask and something about baby's lol but looking forward to seeing what will happen
Hey This Is a Really Cool Video !!
I am curious if keener knew about the hunters, Natalya and Calvin McManus
oh you make me curious with that, faye lau seems to just dug it up secretly and double crossing
at this point what would schaeffer info have to be so important?
he definitely would've known about the hunters and natalya, whether he knew about mcmanus i dont think so but given time he definitely would've
Well he seemed to always know my re than we did so it's not out of the question.
Maybe Keener left behind intel on Natalya Sokolova and McManus back on Liberty Island before he died. Maybe that's why we are going back to New York in Year 5 season 3.
@@shdghost8872 Could this have something to with why he wanted to unleash Eclipse on Mew York?
