EXACT MEASUREMENTS :
For the meat base :
1/3 Cup Chicken Flavor Soup Mix
1/4 Cup Tamarind Powder
2 Tbsp Salt
1/3 Cup Lemongrass Paste
1 Tbsp Fermented Mud Fish Cream
For the soup base :
3 Liters of Water
3 Tbsp Tamarind Powder
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Fermented Mud Fish Cream
INGREDIENTS I USED :
Pork Ribs
Celery
Water Spinach
Thai Red Basil
