Shore current

I took this movie in a shallow trough by the shore break on our local beach. There was a strong northern current and I was trying to have the viewer see how it was moving my wife’s body in it. It was a beautiful day with occasional large waves taking me underwater with the camera. This is another study of the fluid body.

The longshore current is a result of wave radiation stress (Sxy) tensor part (see Lounget-Higgins). The periodic swell is a result of something called "Surf Beat."
