  • This is a simplified version of tonglen meditation. It is called the practice of sending and receiving and is practiced while synchronizing with inhaling and exhaling. Since so many of us are watching the death count every day from Covid 19, we are naturally taking in bad news and in this practice we can transform the bad news into good news. Our heart has the potential to transform any state into perfection and purity. It's as simple as breathing.
