  • The 3 types of thoughts are a cascading waterfall, a winding river with periodic white water and finally a placid ocean. In this video we see a waters eye view of a placid ocean as a metaphor for having a calm mind. Even though there are ripples and swells, that is the nature of our mind when it is calm. “ All thoughts good and bad, vanish like the imprint of a bird in the sky.”
