- Putting the ANTIQUE GRIND STONE Back to Work!!! Restoring an Entire Blacksmithing Shop Series! We're back at the forge, and today we are restoring an antique grind stone. This is probably one of my favorite pieces in the entire forge, and I have been looking forward to this restoration for awhile. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Loving it! That's an awesome wheel.
That block of steel that you removed from covering the shaft that had dried grease in it, between the wheel and stone, in wastewater drive units we call those pillow blocks.
Love doing this kind of stuff on old vehicles, super cool to see it applied to other stuff too :D
He's so happy and kind and seems so be really good friends with that other guy I wish I could meet him he's probably an amazing guy
