The fact that police employees are seeking out your content is very positive. Frankly, if I was a commissioner in the police, I would be telling everyone to seek out and watch this stuff.
Part of police interest in auditors is the Tom and Jerry effect, the hatred of auditors by Police. If they can ID the auditor, they can harass and harangue them,---- get payback.
There are security concerns through a see through fence? Dear Officer Beard, you don't need a camera to see your precious "personal registration plates"
And as DJ Audits has pointed out , some police have personalised number plates that infer that they are police officers , and park them in police compounds. These officers are the only officers who are truly NOT paranoid and prove the lie that they are in danger . ( Or maybe they are not afraid because they do their job properly and don't overstep their authority, so have nothing to fear from people with grievences 🤔 . )
Straight away with trying to get your ID. It's partly to intimidate you. Great recording. I do hope the family of these officers see these videos. They can see just what their friend/uncle/dad/son is like. It would go a long way to remove the idea that these officers are in any way protecting the public.
Even when they know they're being audited they can't do the right things. And then are desperate for validation at the end. If you don't know if you did a good job or not then you clearly don't know how to do the job properly. Desperate for a gold star and a pat on the back. Ffs just do your job and understand the boundaries of your "authority" in a given situation.
Policing by consent consent is never given freely never evidenced as given by the public so they have zero authority absent consent, there's a reason they use the word police powers instead of authority and act in force. It's a criminal gang.
Phew. Was watching this with my son and when you spotted the hole in the fence I was like here we go. Gladly you looked through it and didn't do what I was thinking you was going to do. 😆 🤣 😆
A great opportunity to remind them of why they are hated, as if they don’t know. Police abusing power and using threats to get their own childish way. Nice enough lads, but….
The thing is, for someone like you AB who does know their rights, they police will say, “you look like you know your stuff” but for someone who doesn’t, they will use anything to detain you, it’s happened to me, like, I wouldn’t know would section 50 is so if they used it on me, I would have to give in. It’s a shame they abuse powers, they’re always trying to scare / threaten you unless you have called for help, it is a very stressful world.
Yep it’s happened to me before, however next time any police come up to me I’m getting my phone out and asking which section I’m being detained and what grounds they suspect me of a crime. Already had 10 police at my door sue in lockdown suspecting I had people at my house. Asked if they could come in told them no (already know they need a warrant to enter). Always good to watch these to mimic auditor responses when in this position.
Section 50 use an implied threat. Everything you just said about abusing powers and being superior to the public and it wasn’t long before they indicated that they could use that power. Big fail.
Another great audit and it's good to see the police are starting to learn but they still have a way to go please keep up the great work reporting on police overstepping their authority.
They recognise AB and keep their heads down. Check out some of the auditors with few subscribers they still get abused. I think that’s a concern that the police haven’t changed at all they just are more wary who they pick on.
"Why don't you always like all police?" Breaking even small police rules such as unadvised body cam use, indicates the likelihood of police breaking larger rules when they want.
I'm sick and tired of the rozzers bleating and crying about their private vehicles being recorded. They have no extra rights or privileges over any other person/vehicle in the UK. It's just an excuse to "stop and chat" with a person that otherwise is obviously NOT breaking any laws. Those two stopped you and then were stuck for something stop you for, and if anything it was them that breached policy for not telling you they were recording. It took them over 10 minutes to achieve nothing. What a waste of time.
agreed ,,, pure misuse of their "attestation"" misuse of PACE procedure ,, purely abuse of power for their own "detriment" or another = 14 years in prison ,,all the best
For a copper who claims to know a lot, he sure says “I don’t know” a lot… and then asks AB to explain things he claims to be true stating “don’t you agree”. An expert on implication and mincing words and backpedaling when called on it. Quite the drama Queens they are!
Officer with the glasses couldn't get away quick enough towards the end, you were right to mention to their face that two years ago you would have been in handcuffs because neither would have stopped the other from doing anything wrong or acting unlawfully
Great audit. It highlights the progress that’s been made in photography and privacy rights of the general public with a lot of that down to how auditors have raised awareness of the issue, and taken some power back 👍
UA-cam STARS! The guy on the bike AB Fan Club! So funny - Great interaction with the 2 PCs and educating them along the way! Good Work, AB - Stay Safe!
Well handled as usual AB , The Police are fully aware that the majority of the public don't trust them anymore and don't like them to put it mildly , You and many other auditors have highlighted many of the gangs fellow tyrants over the last couple of years , Notice the usual section 50 is mentioned and the scare tactic of getting out the note pad for details , Not letting you know they are filming as per usual
When I first saw an AB video I have to admit I thought he was a trouble maker, and I actually got angry enough to leave a harsh comment regarding his actions. However I have since changed my mind completely. I "get it" now, and fully respect what AB is actually doing. I hadn't realised how much the police overstep their powers and take advantage of them because most of the general public do not understand the laws and their rights. Obviously not all police will abuse their powers. AB and others like him probably are making a difference now, with the great help of UA-cam of course. I AM A BIG FAN NOW. I find you very very funny and see you are a generous guy too.
Well done. It takes a good man to admit a mistake. Now can i suggest Nei Oliver, l Ivor Cummins, History Debunked, GB news and Sky News Australia. And particularly....Dr Jordan Peterson.

AB said the key word Transparency. The police idea of that is for the public to look through very dark glasses. Where is the transparency in police misconduct when they remain suspended on full pay for up to 2 years. Then the hearings are conducted behind CLOSED doors and the outcome is not published. As far as number plates are concerned keep their cars at home and get on their bikes. I used to bike 20 miles back and forth each day to work and it kept me healthy. Everything they say is for their security never a word mentioned about the publics security. One thing you will ever get is a straight answer from a police person (I refuse to call then officer as we are all supposed to be equal under the eyes of the law) as they do the governments bidding. You never get a straight answer from a politician either. Must be trained in the same place. Take a leaf from the polices own book question question question and NEVER answer theirs. If you are doing everything lawfully the there is absolutely NO reason for them to come for a chat or sticking their noses in. Great work AB looks like your back supercharged from your hols.
Correct. They engage because to them you are the enemy, and they must engage the enemy. They do not mind taking down the number plates of the general public, but not their own, and if you really were out to get them, as they are you, just follow them home, the piggin ding, dongs.
Baldy said that he was aware that you knew your rights and was quite polite, wonder if he would have been the same if he thought you didn't know your rights?
'Baldy said that he was aware that you knew your rights and was quite polite, wonder if he would have been the same if he thought you didn't know your rights?'. Or if he knew he wasn't being recorded....
They only concerned about their own “personal vehicles” If they had the same concern about protecting and serving the public, this country would be perfect.
If I was concerned about my reg number and being followed home, I would leave my car at home and catch the bus to work. As the Mayor of London want's everybody to do. Now if the police are that short of money, they should clear all the privates' cars out and rent the parking space. They could also stop parking on pavements and double yellow lines, outside of police stations when not actively on a call. The police book on the dash is another illegal car parked. The police get up to all the strokes but hate it when called out.
The bald police officer saying "section 50 is something some would use" after agreeing with AB that section 50 wouldn't be applicable to their interaction emphases the importance of AB's work. Nice video as always 💪🏿
When you challenged officer Smith asking for your details the other officer mentioned section 50. Of course he has used it to obtain details. I would have finished off by advising officer smith that when he asked for your details he should have told you that you are not obliged to give it. So why did he not tell you. Failed big time.
The bald "officer" wasn't a nice man, he played the transparent guy, but in reality he is a creep, as the first thing he said about what he could do was his beloved article 50, which shows his real personality, he also only said that he was filming the encounter was when AB asked him about it, not a good example of a policeman that is trustworthy.
He was being fake since the beginning. Trying to follow the other officers lead of professionalism by mimicking and repeating his words. But he showed his true self many times.
I have to be honest ab, these cops get a 7/10. They failed on telling you they were recording and the mention of section 50 was unnecessary but they did ask what they could do to improve their service. It may likely be for the cameras benefit but they were, as you say, far more engaging positively than they would of been 2 yrs ago. And that is massively thanks to auditors. Well done ab, there are hundreds of auditors now but you paved the way in the beginning.
Unfortunately, there are still too many police with attitude. Depending on who is holding the camera a lot of the time. AB is probably known to most of the police because of his distinctive voice. AB operates more South and as far as the Midlands. Further up North where most seem to operate NNY, Reggie Photo to name a few, still get treated badly at times, as they are not as well known so to speak. Scotland is a bad place for audits lol. The police are like animals up there. Think the only one I have seen survive unscathed was Focus Pocus when he went to Dumfries. Wales is hit and miss. N. Ireland has a few newer ones operating now. Generally the police are not too bad. Overall, a lot of it depends on who or where the camera is being used. That's my observations for what they are worth.
But they are still trotting out the same stupid questions. We are paying for them to waste their time. They seem more concerned about someone filming a registration plate than they are about investigating actual crimes.
They didn’t just “talk” or “make conversation” within 60 seconds they were asking for personal details they have no right to access. Message to the bald on, you might to work on NOT laughing and smiling when someone brings up police abusing their powers…
great stuff as per usual AB was thinking in the future if they ask you about impressions of the cops maybe take them to task over the new policy of thought policing and feelings policing online comments.
Top Class from that biker. smart man to go and pre warn the cops to play cool and know any interactions will be viewed by hundreds of thousands. People begin to act different. . a wins a win. Well done AB
Welcome back AB, hope you had a good rest in France, I am a 71 year old pensioner , and I do like when you make the police understand that they work for us the people , but what they do not seem to understand is there wage comes from the peoples taxes, because when this is put to them, they say " We pay Tax as well" but there taxes are payed by us, so its like they are on welfare , I am not that good with words, but I know you understand me, and would love to see you put that to them, in your way as you are good with words. Please keep up the good work while you can, as I fear we are heading for a police state, were what you do will be stopped, as I see that our rights are been taken away bit by bit.
AB next time cops are doing their copspalining and babbling on about private registrations, please ask "How and what exactly do they think that a typical member of the public would do with a number plate? The only thugs that have easy access are the DVLA and police, everyone else has many loops to jump through and has to pay. Following someone is one thing that can be done from anywhere outside the station and how do you miraculously match the pork rind to the wheels? and IF it was true there would be a case made which you could do a FOIA request for and 99% sure you will find they LYING AGAIN!
Interesting interaction. You are the auditing king so the fact that these officers has had the memo is down to you. Well done and thank you. But there is still a way to go. Why did I get the feeling that if only you didn’t have a camera they would be throwing you into a cell or worse!
As a taxpayer, the actions of these police officers really concern me. Many months have passed since auditing gained a significant following and attracted publicity in the mainstream media. Yet they still adopt the same tactics: asking for name and address, wasting their time debating about private vehicles etc. Is the level of police training and intelligence so poor that officers still haven’t got the message about how to deal with these interactions? Chief Constables need to get a grip and tell the police to focus on solving actual crimes.
@@chrismillward1621 - as an adult taxpayer, the actions of these police officers really concern me. My point - which I’m sure you understood- is that it’s my money (and that of all taxpayers) that is being wasted. Yes; there are good and bad police officers. Yes; some officers do a valiant job, risk their safety and act with great bravery. Yet these officers are demonstrating that there’s either a failure of “intelligence” or training, or both. All of these things can be true at the same time.
@@chrismillward1621 - I think you’re missing the point. You seem to think that those officers are obliged to waste their time instead of focusing on dealing with crime prevention or investigation. They are choosing to interact with him for no good reason. By now, every police officer should be well aware that someone filming outside a police station doesn’t need a chat. The fact that they continue to engage - particularly when they often don’t know the applicable law - is insanity.
do you truly think by calling the policy enforcers in a direct conflict situation will help you? No! it will not. I have nothing but disdain for them all now, the lot of them.
YOOOooo AB.” You sound like AB, I’m a subscriber “! Absolute classic!! You would have thought the police that came out to talk to you would have done everything correctly ie telling you that they were filming!
What the police need to do is redevelop their approach from the ground up. They have to recognise that while they have certain powers, those powers are there for a specific reason, e.g. to take into custody a violent individual on the streets. Other than that, they should just be a presence on the street in uniform so people know their role. If they are approached, they should assume the best in people, help members of the public if they can, politely decline if they cannot. No different to if they were approached for help if they were not in the police. The biggest issue is attitude - they are on the defensive the whole time, and a lot of them use attack as the first line of defence. My grandad was in the Met in the 40's. I used to be proud to say that, but ever since Stephen Lawrence's murder and how it was handled, I've been quiet about it. Funny that.
My father lived in England in the 60s but has rarely been back since. He thinks the police are still like the ‘Bobbies’ from that era. It is quite hard to explain to him just how much things have changed here. Not all down to the culture of the police, of course. And you do still occasionally find police officers with the ‘old-fashioned’ attitude to serving the public.
As someone who has been fitted up with the cops once and tried a second time plus been stopped and searched more times i can remember am so glad ppl like ab are exposing these demons ❤
*EVERY COP IN THE UK KNOWS SECTION 50 INSIDE OUT UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS ITS THE ONLY SECTIOIN ACTUALLY TAUGHT TO THEM* like AB said it gives them the powers to abuse your rights and hem you up section 50 should be abolished!
Copsplaining. One got his note book out as pressure tactic to get details and the other didn’t inform AB that he was recording. This is exactly why the police need to further improve with these interactions with the public.
Paranoia on a mammoth scale. Every force is guilty. Failed the public, understatement on a gross scale. The Sgt who he was talking about being shot inside the station, was down to "police" not searching properly.

Part of police interest in auditors is the Tom and Jerry effect, the hatred of auditors by Police. If they can ID the auditor, they can harass and harangue them,---- get payback.
Would be no need if the Law Enforcement actually KNEW the Law before some guy has to walk around in the passing rain to let them know.
Your quickly becoming one of my favorite auditors. You have a great style.. very funny and educational. Thank you for the content! -Fan from Chicago
( Or maybe they are not afraid because they do their job properly and don't overstep their authority, so have nothing to fear from people with grievences 🤔 . )
Yo ✌
You have and are still making a difference AB. We the people, still need you to keep them on their toes.
110%
Big fail.
Well done AB,i think by doing these audits that a change will happen, not overnight ,but i see a little improvement.Well done.
Your work is making an impact, AB. Keep going. 👍💪
Police officers used to be respected members of the community.
Now they are frightened of their neighbours finding out what job they have.
Yeah and if the neighbor's find out the neighborhood panic's because the copper's are sure to feck them over at some point. For no lawful reason.
It didn’t look like he wanted to be there from the beginning
The only thing stopping them now is a camera and knowledge of the law.
AB was right, just a few years ago they would have put him in cuffs and taken him inside and charged him with a dreamed up crime.
Great audit. It highlights the progress that’s been made in photography and privacy rights of the general public with a lot of that down to how auditors have raised awareness of the issue, and taken some power back 👍
The great transformation from 2 years till now is remarkable; and this achievement is done by you guys (the auditors).
Well done and keep it up.
And u enjoy watching this? Boring ass audit
Totally agree. 👍🏼
UA-cam STARS! The guy on the bike AB Fan Club! So funny - Great interaction with the 2 PCs and educating them along the way! Good Work, AB - Stay Safe!
No matter how friendly a copper sounds, he or she is only speaking to you for two things . To stitch you up and get thier quota up.
Agreed 💯 per cent
If they don’t get you into the system, the system doesn’t get paid.
Burglary’s at a 5% conviction rate.
The main problem with Police is most don't know the law!
And have low IQ's - just enough to remember a limited script and how to hurt people; usually for no reason.
They know the law, they just break it, don't under estimate just what they are WILLFULLY and KNOWINGLY at war with the people.
@@jimosullivan1389 "GB news and Sky News Australia"
What do those have to do with confronting cops abusing their powers? You're just naming random right-wing content creators.
The police think foreign looking man up to no good when they see AB, which makes them overstep the mark even more.
@@mrichards55 unfortunately that is true
I totally agree. I initially thought these auditors were aholes but can appreciate what they’re doing now. ESPECIALLY in the states! Those porkers are out of control. You can have a pretty good side hustle just suing them. 😁
You're the man AB. Keep em to task brother.
Cops……a special breed of anxious persons.
They only concerned about their own “personal vehicles”
If they had the same concern about protecting and serving the public, this country would be perfect.
The police have caught on but not all and they'll forget. It'd be nice to do other content but don't forget the police because they'll forget too.♥️
Bearded plod " shall we leave it there then ?" He knew baldy plod was digging himself deeper and deeper in the mire 😂😂 well done AB
The spikes on the perimeter fence look like they're from some type of medieval torture device. ☠
No they are not...it's the police abusing their power and the RIGHTS of the indiginous BRITISH people that is a medieval device.
Probably don't like ball games
@@marklittler784
I agree, except they probably like playing pocket billiards. 🎱 🥴
Well Officer, let’s take a walk around your “ Secured Facility”. And find the unsecured parts! Happy to help!
an other baldy
The bald "officer" wasn't a nice man, he played the transparent guy, but in reality he is a creep, as the first thing he said about what he could do was his beloved article 50, which shows his real personality, he also only said that he was filming the encounter was when AB asked him about it, not a good example of a policeman that is trustworthy.
Full breach of GDPR...look it up.
He was being fake since the beginning. Trying to follow the other officers lead of professionalism by mimicking and repeating his words. But he showed his true self many times.
12:00 THEY HAVE NO IDEA why auditors audit, they think it's to get views - WE HAVE MUCH WORK TO DO, this is going to take decades
We need a FOIR on how many Police are followed home. I think he is full of BS.
Sarah was walking home.
I love how an advert for police recruitment popped up half way through 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He was so confident, with the Notebook and pen out that he was going to get details lol. Unlucky.
Always puts a smile on my face when they get the notebook out, wish he would ask one to draw him a clown ; )
Another intimidation tactic they have in their huge arsenal to make you think you have to give your details to them when asked.
@@davidspear9790 I know. They actually think they will get them too. Amazes me as to the why they need them when nothing is happening.
Great video AB! Still never fail to disappoint!
@Richard Great comment, but... what is "would of been"? 🤔
But they are still trotting out the same stupid questions. We are paying for them to waste their time. They seem more concerned about someone filming a registration plate than they are about investigating actual crimes.
They don't have to say that they are recording. Never have.
There were auditors in the past too..
This video was multi layered, really enjoyed it!! Great work AB ✊
Back in the 70s police were clean shaven and dressed smart how the standards have dropped now
They probably had brains in the 70s.
Beards everywhere! And tattoos. Was the baldy guy called PC Beard?😁😁
Top Class from that biker. smart man to go and pre warn the cops to play cool and know any interactions will be viewed by hundreds of thousands. People begin to act different. . a wins a win. Well done AB
AB is too famous and everyone knows who he is......
Keep up the good work AB 👏 🙌 👍 thanks to you, us regular people can act more freely
Private lives? First thing they wanted was AB’s who are you, what’s your date of birth.
Police are pointed in the wrong direction!
When Police were not cowards they lived in the village in a police house and everyone knew where they lived.
@@Polecat54941 Police stations are secure and that's where the coppers will run, leaving their wife and kids at home.
Following someone is one thing that can be done from anywhere outside the station and how do you miraculously match the pork rind to the wheels? and IF it was true there would be a case made which you could do a FOIA request for and 99% sure you will find they LYING AGAIN!
lmao @ matching pork rind
You've changing police attitude, keep up the good work AB!!!
Got killed in a police station because they didn’t do their job correctly and search the dude
Indeed, he didn't use a camera.
In government you trust.
@@telx2010 - speak for yourself.
Chris Millward - then they shouldn’t pay attention. 🤷♀️
Thanks AB you are slowly educating them!
do you truly think by calling the policy enforcers in a direct conflict situation will help you? No! it will not. Defend yourself at all levels, these idiots are there for the corporations now, not the public. To serve and protect corporations! That is all they do now. They actually assisted 2 men from a greedy tyrannical corporation to assault me at work and i got sacked from the job, I was calm and very passive, these idiots got me sacked. I have nothing but disdain for them all now, the lot of them.
Unfortunately 100% true
I had a Black CB125F just like that, till I passed my test. Another great video AB.
YOOOooo AB.” You sound like AB, I’m a subscriber “! Absolute classic!!
You would have thought the police that came out to talk to you would have done everything correctly ie telling you that they were filming!
The change in attitude by the end when they realise they are being audited. Surprised they didn't offer you a cup of coffee.
Wow i never knew a camera could breach their security. Well its not secure then is it
*EVERY COP IN THE UK KNOWS SECTION 50 INSIDE OUT UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS ITS THE ONLY SECTIOIN ACTUALLY TAUGHT TO THEM* like AB said it gives them the powers to abuse your rights and hem you up section 50 should be abolished!
Copsplaining. One got his note book out as pressure tactic to get details and the other didn’t inform AB that he was recording. This is exactly why the police need to further improve with these interactions with the public.
Full breach of GDPR....not just Police Code of Conduct.
Thank you for what you are doing. Following from Central California
Nice one AB.
I hate it when the police say "we have just come out to speak to you" i'm like is all crime solved that you have time to just speak to people....
Why do they want ID when they admit you are doing nothing wrong?
