  • Deviled eggs are so easy to make. They are a must have at most holiday gatherings. You can get creative to make them uniquely yours by adding seasonings and toppings that you love.
This is a basic recipe with a few of my special touches.
    Ingredients
    12 boiled eggs
1/4 cup Hellmans or Dukes mayonaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 Tablespoons sweet relish
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    3 pieces crumbled bacon
1/4 cup green onion, chives (I used my homemade pickled red onions)
    1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    paprkia
    salt/pepper to taste
plastic bag to pipe the filling (optional)
    Recipe
To boil eggs: Put eggs in pot & fill to cover top of eggs. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, cover eggs, turn off burner & let eggs sit covered for 10-15 minutes. Cool in running water before peeling
PEEL & SLICE eggs in half
remove the yolk to a bowl & sit the whites aside
Add mayo, sour cream, mustard, apple cider vinegar to the bowl with the yolks. Mash/mix them all together. Add more mayo a little at a time if you want/need it creamer.
Add relish, 1/3 of the bacon, 1/3 of the onions/chives, add a little paprika, salt/pepper to taste & if you want some heat add a little siracha, tobasco or cayenne to your taste at this point .
    Mix it all together.
Put the filling in a plastic bag & cut a small slit in the tip to pipe the filling into the whites of the eggs. You can also spoon it it.
Garnish with paprika, the remaining bacon, green onions/chives and anything else that makes it uniquely yours!
    Enjoy!
